One star because you cannot award no stars. Very glitchy website, very SLEAZY and DECEPTIVE practices to get you to sign up. Meds always costs more than advertised and no one mentioned a very pricy monthly membership fee until after they collect credit card info. Then impossible to reverse the transaction. Don't do business with these predators.

⚠️ Zero Stars as They Stole My Money! I first off want know why trust pilot keeps removing my reviews after I proved they are legitimate and I was vetted already by sending in the proper documentation that I was a customer?????????? Shame on you. Zealthy stole my money and will not refund it because they said I saw a doctor. On my grandmother‘s life I never spoke to a doctor and I never saw a doctor through Zoom and they promised me that it would happen because I wanted to discuss my dosing with the doctor before he just went and decided what I should be on on his own. I did not receive goods and services. Therefore I should not be charged any fee to have seen a doctor. I canceled within five minutes. I encourage everyone to go to the Better Business Bureau and do a formal complaint against this company. That is what I did. Also some lady from Zealthy responds after every time I do a review on here and says oh I wanna work with you and she makes it sound like they’re going to resolve the problem. Wrong!!! They just write you back and say I’m sorry we’re taking your money and you have no recourse. I will prove it to you from her email back to me today. I reached out to her because at her response to my review on here she said please reach out to me and I will make it right. No, she didn’t make it right. Do not run away from this company. Oh how nice they won’t even let me post pictures of the email response.

So after some time I decided to cancel it. U can cancel on the app, but they will still charge u monthly. After stalked to someone, they stopped. After months they started to charge again. I complained and they give me a refound. After maybe 4-6 months charged again the monthly. So I walked to my bank and they filled some paper work against the company. Got all the screenshots as proof. Now guess what? After 25 days they are trying to charge on the first card that I used to join with the $35 fee. Can you believe this people?? Biggest scammer ever!

They never provided any goods or services and keep billing 135 a month after i asked them to stop billing me.

After I canceled online and by phone. They continue to charge me for services I cancelled and never recieved. By any means avoid subscribing or using this company. They steal your $. They continue to try and charge for Unauthorized payments every month. This has been month3 . It doesn't matter if you call and cancel they humor you and say it is canceled on their end and apologize and say it won't happen again. And they continue to do so. It's a scam! If you don't care to throw money away then this is the place they will take it.

If I could provide a 0 star rating that is what i would give. Everything went wrong with Zealthy. I would not recommend at all. Its a money grab. Extremely poor communication they repeatedly charge for no services or communication rendered. They charged me overall $200 + and I received zero services no medication no explanation, NOTHING! When I finally reached a live person (they send robo calls constantly telling me to update my billing information) but still had not answered any of the questions I had about the services I was requesting. The person said it was valid charges...for what robo calls and I couldn't even get a proper response on what medications they were recommending. Do not use this service. There are too many others that are reputable and straight forward innthere interactions with their customers. If you provide any credit card information they will charge it and keep charging and you will not get any clarity on what you are getting. This back and forth with no contact daily attempts to Bill has been 6 weeks now.

As a consumer it appeared it was $39 for first month of meds. Thats a lie. It’s just $39 for a membership. Once I recognized that, I immediately cancelled my prescription while it was under review. I was told it was cancelled and I could not process my prescription because I cancelled. Yet the next day, they charged my card.

By far one of the hardest companies to deal with. Unauthorized charges, customer service is of no help as they are contracted. They want 5-7 days to review if they should refund my money. When asked by it would take 5-7 days to review, I was told it's because they have a lot of people asking for a refund and it takes time to review. I asked for the physical mailing address of their office, that took me 30 minutes. I asked for a specific name as to who to have the letter addressed to and was told they do not have one and not authorized to give that information out. I would stay far away from this company.
