I have requested a refund of $216.00 three separate occasions. Not asking for the $49.00. They have attempted several times to charge my bank $650.00. This needs to stop immediately and my refund issued.

This company is complete garbage. I fell for the $50 “for your first month” because I was desperate to lose weight. However, after seeing how much medication is ($350 a MONTH + suddenly a $180 charge A MONTH for the membership) I immediately cancelled my membership. Waste of $50, just click bait. Then, what do you know, 6 days later I get charged $350 for the medication, which I NEVER ORDERED. Worst part? I called to tell them, and they told me it was already sent to the pharmacy so they probably won’t be able to refund me. Mind you - I got the email saying they ordered it at midnight so couldn’t dispute it until they opened at 9 am. They’re trying to get me good - don’t waste your time!!!

I submitted my application for medication as prescribed. I noted on their website that they said that if you did not get approved for the medication you would be refunded your $216. I have contacted them several times after being turned down. They have ignord my emails and all communications has ceased. I put on a notice that this company is a scam and should be watched out for. I would not recommend it.

Worst customer experience of my life. I started using Zealthy for Wegovy back in September. The experience in the beginning was amazing. I had a dedicated Doctor and Coach that followed up and responded to timely messages. It was wonderful. Then in Dec I started experiencing problems with the website where I couldn't access messages and communicate with my doctor or care coordinator. I was also unable to update payment information. I called and emailed and texted multiple times and it took over a month to get the messaging issue resolved. At the end of Jan, I was told that I would receive a credit for my membership in the amount of $135 plus $30 for my trouble. I was still not able to update payment information but they said they would work on it. In the meantime, I attempted to order new medication because my insurance would no longer cover my Wegovy. I was prescribed compound semaglutide at the beginning of Feb. Then I was charged $135 for the month that i was supposed to have free. Finally, someone apologize for the mistake and told me that the $135 I was charged would be credited toward the cost of my medication. Great! Another couple of days go by and still no shipment of medication so I call once again and was told that since I haven't paid there is no order for the medication. This all sounds frustrating but it isn't even the worst part. Each time I send a message or call I am told that Zealthy apologizes and it will be escalated. Or I will receive a "standard message" reply that doesn't even address the issue at hand. Each day when I speak with someone new I have to go through the whole issue from start to finish because they either don't document or don't read the notes from previous customer interactions. I am sitting here over 2 months later after calling, emailing and messaging so many times that I lost count. I have spent hours dealing with this and I still don't have any resolution or even a glimmer of hope that I might get my medication. I cannot begin to express how frustrating it is to speak to customer service over and over and never get anything resolved. I am now telling anyone who will listen -DO NOT USE ZEALTHY for any healthcare needs. They will only take your money and give many many headaches.

They keep sending emails to review them so here it goes. Avoid them. Yes I recieved the first months dose of tirzepatide and it worked great! They tell you to request your refill after the third injection. I did. A week, two weeks go by and the order still says pending. I reach out again and they send auto replies, mostly just bots responding to the messages that they don't actually read. Turns out they can no longer ship the medication to California where I live. Okay no problem, I understand. They offered to refund me for a month and to switch to semglutide so I filled out the request to do that. Waited another week. I asked for an update as I was getting frustrated and had missed 2 doses at this point. They said the meds would be delivered in 1-2 business days and that was last friday. A week later, still nothing. Turns out they had processed another order for tirzepatide which obviously could not be sent to me. They said they never rec'd my request to switch to the other medication even though i rec'd a confirmation email that they did. To top it all off, you cannot change your payment method. I can no longer use the original card I had used so I updated the card on my profile but apparently that doesn't matter. The refund will go to the original card rendering the refund useless. I called customer service and they said their system doesnt allow them to change the payment method. So even if I continued with the service and wanted to do another 3 months, they would still try and charge the original card. If I had my card stolen and the charge would't go through, I'm sure they would call for a new card to get their money! So it must be possible to change your payment method yet customer service still told me no. I am going to call back another day and try again to get my refund to the correct account but I do not have high hopes.

Is 0 Stars an option? I really hope that potential customers take time to read the reviews. As I was scrolling through them, I wish I had read before I signed up. Communication is awful - often taking weeks to hear back. They claim they will help you get pre-authorized with your insurance so you don't have out of pocket expenses except for the money they charge you for 'care'. However, the medications are not available so then they harass you to buy their compounded medicine at an added $200/month and ask for more money up front for your membership. There is nothing actually about this company that it is good. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Do not use company so I tried this company I here bs I have approval for wevogy ozempic pound saxenda etc with a Pa already with insurance company I was told I don’t think you will be a for you to do monja but I knew I can get it why I have a approval for it ok same ingredients as there compound that cost 600 plus I can get this brand so they sent in a bogus Pa to make sure it denied in I will say give me your compound the my insurance company call me in told me it was sent in with incorrect information in they will deny it I knew 5 minutes before they got any information I work for medical insurance company so I know the scam next thing am going to do is report the company I should never get 5 different doctors in 24 hr period one say we sent in your paperwork it approved in one say your denied order our compound

STRAIGHT UP SCAM! Paid the first month which was $49 and every month thereafter would be $135. They sent a prescription for wegovy to my pharmacy and through the pharmacist found the manufacturer stopped production. So they sent a prescription for ozempic and found they offer no discount or assistance to pay for this medication (cost $1000). After going back and forth with them for a week, getting the run around, and a lot of confusion decided to cancel and asked for a refund only to find they don't do refunds once medication has been prescribed whether you receive it or not... WHICH I DID NOT! MAKES ME WONDER HOW MANY OTHERS HAVE PAID, GOT NOTHING, AND CAN'T GET THEIR MONEY BACK! Absolutely did not do what was advertised! People are seriously out here seeking affordable help, which zealthy advertises and doesn't follow through... SHAME!
