So far not a good experience. They charged my account $454.00 and then $216.00 and then $49. All in one day!! I thought it was under $200. Not happy!! Now I have to deal with my bank to cancel all this. Also can not reach anyone to discuss this issue.

Horrible experience! Do not do business with this company! They take your memebership money and tell you they are trying to reach your insurance company for approval..but they call on sundays when the insurance company is closed, or they will say they were put on hold for 10 min and had to han g up. When i would get this message from them i would stop what i was doing and call my insurance company myself and i could always get through in less than 2 min. I would call customer support and get the run around. They will take your membership money and let you pay full price for your medication but they WILL NOT help you get it covered by your insurance. Total rip off!

Stay away. It is the biggest scam. When you login they charge you $216 for membership and $49 for I don't know what and then 3 months of semiglutine before any insurance so I had way over $1000 on my car by the first evening. I tried canceling right away and they told me the script couldn't be cancelled (this is hours after signed up) and that I won't be refunded any money. I never even received any product and now I am disputing it with my bank! They erase all conversations after they happen so there is no tracking. STAY AWAY. They may try to come up with an excuse here but they are LYING. I will be reporting them to the BBB too if I don't get every cent back . I just looked at bbb and there are a ton of complaints.

This company is horrible. Unprofessional. They lie, deceive and give you false hope and promises. There is no accountability. There is no way to directly contact your provider or health care team. You will get looped for WEEKS to random terrible customer service who have ABSOLUTELY no idea what is going on. They are extremely terrible at customer service. I have been with them 3 months and they have lied and deceived me over 5 times. I canceled my membership and blocked credit card. I forbid them to bill my card after they sent me the wrong dose of medication. Thus was after a 2 week delay in receiving my medicine because they said it was damaged in route to my house. When i paid them close to $600 for the wrong dose of medication, they PROMISED me a 20% discount on my new medication and it never happened. They also CONVINCED ME, PROMISED ME that if I unlock my credit card they would send me the stronger dose and that a provider had already completed the prescription and it was sitting there waiting on me to pay. They explained the pharmacy already had the script and all we are waiting on is payment, so I unlocked my credit card and they billed me for an amount that I forbid them in writing to do and had in writing that they would only bill me for what I agreed. They lied. They billed me for the wrong dose. Empty promises and endless conversations (over 20) where their ignorant customer service will always say: I am so sorry that you feel this way. I will escalate this urgent matter to a supervisor and they will call you in 1-2 hours. They never call. EVER! Yesterday was the 7th day in a row they told me this. They lie constantly! NEVER, EVER, EVEF USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY, I am fighting this w my bank and considering legal action against them. There are so many other reputable sites that can help you on your weight loss journey. And by the way, I am a licensed physician telling everyone in the medical community and at seminars that I attend to avoid ZEALTHY at all costs!

If I could give a 0 I would. I paid $49 to start the first month membership. Initially it took a few days for a response. They finally contacted me my first PA for Zebound was denied then we tried for Wegovy. Great my insurance approved. Then before they send the prescription I have to pay another 216 for 2 months to be monitored by a dr. I paid that as well . I thought everything was great . Prescription was sent to my Pharmacy and then I found out Wegovy has a shortage. My pharmacy stated they didn’t have it in the last 4 months and didn’t know when it would be in stock. I go back to Zealthy asking can you help me find the medication call some pharmacies or mail pharmacies. Now it’s longer for a response 2-3 days. Their response was they don’t do that I can purchase the compounded version through them for another 189. So I decided to cancel. The. my Prior auth was cancelled. Then I thought about it I paid til April let me restart and call to some pharmacies myself. So I’m back starting from scratch they are now giving me a run around we sent the PA and no PA was sent. They have so many people responding no one know what is going on. So finally PA was sent and now it’s denied. So the only option now is to pay 189 per month So I’ve basically paid for 3 months to basically text about Wegovy. These companies should tell ppl who spend their hard earned money that it is a shortage. And they can’t help find the medication.

Costly service fees and costs prior to any medication or insurance coverage provided. I paid an upfront fee and then decided not to pursue due to additional costs and did not realize I would be charged a monthly fee which they will not reimburse even though I received ZERO services so I have paid almost $200 dollars for nothing! Avoid this company there are many other options that aren’t out to SCAM people out of their money. It is bad enough the insurance companies are making this impossible to revive but now scam companies like this. Don’t sign up!

I set an appointment for 11:00 a.m. which they ask us to check in 10 minutes early which I did and nobody joined I waited 20min. Then when I ask for a refund no one has gotten back to me I emailed them a total of three times.

Fraudulent company. They will make a profit off of you through subscription at $135 BEFORE getting your semaglutide which is a separate cost. There is no reason you should be paying this much just for a “membership” that doesn’t provide anything but generic advice you get off the internet. I had to ask my bank to mark their transaction as fraud after they can’t even cancel my membership that’s how they get you. Worst company ever, don’t spend money here!!!!
