If you pay in advance they will take your $$$ and ghost you. I paid for 3 months up front. The first month was delivered and after that crickets.... I follow their refill process crickets.... I call to escalate, and the refill is at least queued up (per the message portal) and again nothing. Now trying to get my advanced payment back is like pulling teeth!!

Absolutely takes advantage of people. False advertising. It doesn't tell you anything about a separate fee for the medication and charges you 3 months right away. Then they bring up all the additional things. No refund even though I cancelled at the same time of activation.

I went to zeatlhy because they advertise they will help you with your insurance to get prescribed a glp-1. They told me they will received Prior Authorization from my insurance for Wegovy. They said in order for them to send the prescription they need 2 more months of subscription to monitor and prescribe per my weight loss… ok 216$ for 2 more months. They send me a prescription to my pharmacy for Wegovy and Wegovy is the standard price with out insurance. I gave them 10 days to settle and get it figured out. Meanwhile, they are spamming me up to by their compound medication. I’m like no I came to zealthy to get it covered by insurance. Called my insurance, no PA on record. Straight up scammed me. Will not refund me either. DO NOT give them your money. I’m still fighting with them about it.

Total Incompetence and/or Scam!! Both!! This company is proving to be truly incompetent and unprofessional when it comes to insurance pre-authorizations or discerning the type of insurance by which the patient (me) is covered. A new response from a representative from Zealthy: “(Name removed) at Zealthy: I was able to check it here on my end and it seems like it is carefirst Blue cross blue shield insurance and this is a Medicaid Managed Care Organization. “ My response: “You are either misinformed or incompetent or both. It is Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maryland PPO plan provided by my husband’s employer, Danfoss, with “Danfoss” inscribed on the actual card previously provided. It is NOT a managed care Medicaid plan. Carefirst is responsible for approvals for major medical. Express Scripts is responsible for prescription preauthorizations, as Zealthy knows since Zealthy checked coverage through their "Cover My Meds” system which states Zealthy checked with Express Scripts on 1-25-24 to confirm pharmacy benefits but did not file a claim or request preauthorization even though I was informed Zealthy had received preauthorization.” I was sent a copy of the “Cover My Meds” document from you, Zealthy, which actually states it is NOT proof of preauthorization with instructions NOT to send to the health plan. Zealthy has not filed a claim or received preauthorization for any medication on my behalf but is requesting pre-payment of up to $600 for membership fees before the “preauthorized prescription” will be transferred to my local pharmacy. Total scam!!! Zealthy is now claiming I’m on Medicaid!!! Totally false. Total Scam!! Update 2-6-2024: Email from Zealthy Representative: We appreciate your honest feedback and thank you for checking with Express Script about this. Please understand that the submitted paperwork of Zealthy is just to check with your insurance if you are eligible to be covered for medication and not an actual claim since name brand medication is set only for pick-up on your local pharmacy. We understand how claims and pre-authorization documents can be confusing but since you are already aware that you are approved of Wegovy, please let us know if you wish to switch or just stay with Semaglutide. Per Express Scripts Wegovy is NOT a covered medication for weight loss/obesity; only Type 2 diabetes. If approved /pre-authorized my out of pocket would be $25 per month. As Wegovy is NOT a covered medication for weight loss/obesity, preauthorization is not required. Any pharmacy could fill the prescription. You refused to allow me to pay privately for my meds. I do not understand the problem. After refusing my medication, you continued to send me messages to continue your program.

CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED $135.00 A MONTH AND NOBODY ANSWERS OR RESPONDS. I DON'T EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO LOG INTO TO CANCEL A MEMBERSHIP. PROOF THAT THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!!! Awful customer service! Kept charging my card when I never signed up for the program! When I caught on and asked to cancel it took 3 separate calls because the “server” hadn’t processed the refund. Please make sure to know that you pay a subscription plus meds! There are much better alternatives out there!
