Don’t do it. Scammers. The prices change all the time. They couldn’t tell what the price would be for month 2. They won’t tell you in advance exactly what dosage of medications you’ll get until after you pay the $49 . They won’t give me a refund even though I never received product. They are like slick used car salesmen having to go through my bank for refund thank god I saved all correspondence . DONT DO IT. Ok update after writing this 2 hours later. They finally refunded me after having to go through hell and high water with them. You shouldn’t have to threaten people to get your money back. Sent bank screenshots of refund confirmations. So that will cancel. Good luck people.

I signed up with Zealtry for weight loss medication. They charged me $49 for evaluation. Then they showed me the products offered. After choosing the product I wanted, I paid $218 for 2 months thinking it was the product I was buying. It turned out, that fee was a 2 month membership and I still had to purchase the actual product. When I reached out to them for a refund. They told me, that it is nonrefundable after 2 days of nothing. Be careful of this company.

Terrible! Do not use this company. The order never ships and when you cancel it, you hear nothing from them. Still waiting for refund or medicine…Seriously, do not waste your time here and choose another company.

Ordered this 5 days ago. They say another 5 to 7 days for it to arrive. They won't refund your money. Don't waste your time with this company!!!! Update, I received the medicine yesterday, and I pulled back all the contents into a syringe because didn't look like enough in the vile, and there's not enough for 4 weeks of injections. I canceled my membership today. I did my first dose yesterday and I'm starting to wonder if it's even real medicine, I've taken this medicine before and I definitely feel like I have been scammed. I'm going to cancel my bank card as well because I read other reviews of them still charging peoples cards. This has been the worst experience ever!

If I could rate them 0 I would. They do not tell you anything about fees and charge you when you do not authorize. They have stole almost 400 dollars from me now, after one of their team members said that they have canceled my prescription and that I would not be charged. They are a scam. I have went back and for with them and they try to come up with excuses of stealing peoples hard earned money. Update: after making this they keep reaching out to me and one person says they can give me my money back and then a new person calls and says that there is no way. They do not communicate and just love to steal peoples money. They replied to me saying I would be eligible for a refund, not what your customer service has been saying the past week. Y'all are a joke and steal peoples money. Your customer service reps and leads do not communicate and when you say you’re leaving notes on a customers account you lie. I hope y'all get shut down and sued.

I went in and tried to weigh my options. I found out I don't qualify but this company only wants money. When I asked for a refund. They do not refund! DO NOT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT FOR YOU! THEY ARE ABOUT THE MONEY!

They have messed up my order everytime and they don't respond quick enough for u to even get refills on time. I paid $1500 cash for 3months and they didn't give me the correct amount in each vial so I ran out too soon and when u request a refill it takes so long to even get that it messes up your weight loss process bc u get hungry again literally when the week ends and it's time for another dose. I'm still waiting on my third vial for month 3. It's been over a month that iv been going back and forth in chat. They just keep apologizing saying they are waiting for the pharmacy to respond. Well it doesn't take a month to contact the pharmacy and find out what's going on. Are they our and on back order or what bc they just keep saying they are aware and doing everything they can to help. I'm buying it somewhere else bc basically iv spent all that money for nothing bc when I run out then I'm hungrier than ever and wanna feed me face. But if ur a first time buyer, u get ur medicine quickly. But that's it. Everytime after that it has been delayed. Even when I get on chat and request a refill, it takes them days to respond then they ask another question like is that all u need or something so then I answer but wait another 3 days for a response in the meantime I know it's going to be another two weeks before they actually get the meds to me. I would just avoid this company and try someone else. They have caused me to lose all progress and out $1500.00! They won't even respond to a discount on refund or partial refund.. They never answer that question in chat and just give me a vague response. I'm so disappointed bc I saved up money for this and haven't even lost but 10 lbs and been on this for 6 months.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Had to prepay for months of membership to get Rx. So I did. Then I was told the med would be $150/month. I was sent a link to pay for the one month of med and the link said $280/month. Then I was actually charged $500/month for this med. It’s a f-ing scam.
