The best advice I can give is buyer beware. They charged me for a service I NEVER received. There are too many programs out there for GLP-1 that you do not have to pay a fee to be part of - and most of them have a better price on the actual medication. This is a scam.

This company is a scam. The make you pay the start up and never contact you.

Please do not sign up with this 1 horse shoe company. The company they use to verify you Persona is a joke. All their after is your money. Their customer service is the worst of any business I have ever dealt with. They offer no solutions. Go with a service provider close to your home. I’m still fighting them and I will advocate and help anyone find a more reliable and trustworthy company just contact me 903-245-4705. This is not the company to deal with. You will be broke, for this purpose I have reached out and found more trustworthy company. I use a company in my home town. But because of how this company stole my information and money I’m on a mission to not let this happen to anyone else.

Medication arrived hot. Pharmacist says it's waiting on the provider. Provider is saying it's waiting on pharmacist. I'm now asking for names on who is talking to who. Still medication hasn't shipped. $1,000 to sit and wait until someone figures their $HIT out.

The pharmacy didn't have what was prescribed and I never heard back about getting something else, and received no response from my psychiatrist or care coordinator.

DO NOT SIGN UP!!!! I signed up and they took my initial payment but I couldn’t move past the intake form due to them not accepting my address. I called about it and have been trying to work it out through the company but they seem unresponsive so I had to reach out to Apple and dispute the payment. Started this on Sunday and still haven’t heard from support it’s Wednesday now.

Overpriced! Advertising is deceptive and falsely advertised about price to lure people in without insurance then your card is charged whatever amount the company chooses without your permission! Can’t speak to a live person have to wait days to get a reply! I’ve spent $500 and have lost ZERO WEIGHT/POUNDS!

SCAM. Signed up, but could not complete due to serious website bugs on the intake form. I was inundated with support messages from multiple agents telling me to complete my form. I had to explain several times that it was impossible as the site would not load the forms (I tried on multiple devices). At that point I requested a refund, I kept getting more messages to complete my form and I responded that I no longer wished to use the service and would like a refund. On January 31 I received notice that a refund was put in to the system and that I would receive it in 5-7 business days. That would be February 9. It is now March 6 and no refund. I have reached out 3 times to the support email over the last 3 weeks and have received no reply.
