Can I give negative stars? I wish. The meds they sent me were ruined. They arrived 3 days late after I paid for expedited shipping. The ice packs were completely melted. I am now over 3 weeks waiting for a resolution. Oh and the coaching? BS. I had someone contact me the first day, and that was it. No plan or anything was ever put in place. This company is not to be trusted.

Responses took many days. I found it frustrating. When my insurance didn’t cover the meds, I canceled. I looked back at the app months later to reconsider paying out of pocket. I fat finger hit activate and it charged me $135. I was just trying to see my information and accidentally “reactivated”. NO REFUNDS allowed. I canceled and will never consider this company again for poor practices.

I was exited to start a new beginning with this company but little did I know they are scammers and they are just into for your money. I sign up for the membership and immediately changed my mind because I was not happy with the prices advertised as they told me we will charge 400 for the months and then they tried to charge me 670 dollars. I then they to cancel the membership and request a refund for the 1 minute I was sign up for and this people refuse to give me my money back this is a scam and I do not recommend to anyone at all and will continue to do this daily so ever ly person that goes here can see how big of a scammer this place can be they do not communicate well with you only sorry you should of read the disclaimer as no refunds was listed. DO NOT SIGN UP ITS A SCAM!!!!! I did email support like the person said below and they are still refusing to give me a refund what kind a place is this who are you trying to fool by telling customers yes they will give you a refund if you were not seen my a doctor which I was not and they still refuse like WOW I'm in shock!!!

Do NOT use this company. Customer service will not help you. They charged me for my 3 month membership which I knew they would. Then they said my card wouldn’t go through for my medication. They kept getting a decline saying Card not supported. Plenty of credit on it. I even called cc company to make sure they weren’t declining it. They said no. Customer service said at Zealthy that the card I was trying use wasn’t supported by their system. Hmmm but yet it with through for $49 and a charge for $219. Ok. So can I just get a refund this is crazy. No!!! You can’t they said. Membership is non refundable. These people lie lie lie

When I first started with Zealthy I was happy. I received my first dose of medication and lost a few pounds. I then messaged them about my 2nd month of medication that I had already prepaid for. They mistakenly charged me and additional $453 that shouldn’t have been charged. I called customer support and they stopped the order at the pharmacy over a week ago but no charges were reversed and I have no medication. I have messaged them through their website and I keep getting the same response that they haven’t heard from the pharmacy yet so there’s nothing they can do. I’m extremely upset. I have asked that a supervisor contact me and nothing. I spoke with them feb 29 and it’s still not resolved. Customer service online & over the phone is no help. They just restate what you say & don’t do anything. I’ve been super stressed since they charged $900 on my card in one month and they don’t care. You are pretty much ignored or they gaslight you that they are still looking into it. This is a terrible unethical company do not do business with them. I regret not looking into them more before signing up. It’s been a stressful and terrible experience!

They steal your money. You cancel and don’t get your money back. If you have insurance just go to your own doctor. This is a scam.

Misleading info on website. Incomplete information in order to trap new clients then you get a diffrent ammount and reality. Bogus preditor companys praying on people who need the meds. If u have insurance they will send it and u r good. No insurance its all a lie. 3 months Only covers pills not the shots. BEWARE. 49$ non refundable. Price of meds goes up with dosage. Be aware.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, don't even visit the website. They force you to enter personal information about health issues, say that you qualify for medicaition, take you to a medication page and then tell you that your first month will only be $49.00. After submitting payment info, in fine print they tell you the $49.00 is for a Zealthy membership fee only. After that, the membership is around $125.00 per month - not including medication. I understand that prescription fees are necessary but this one is about twice as much as ligit on line sites, and they are completely dishonest about collecting the fee. I called the company to request a refund within one hour of unwittingly paying for this membership. They said they were unable to refund the $49.00 because I had already had a consultation. They said that by entering my data, I had submitted to a consultation! But you're not allowed to see the services provided until you complete the intake form. Such a joke!
