I preorder the 3 month subscription and prepaid for the medication. First month was pretty good as far as shipping. Second month I had some issues with refilling the medication, but overall I got before I ran out of medication. Third month I have been waiting for two weeks for a response on when I should expect my prescription. I also feel like the medication isn't working after the second vial. First month I lost 8 pounds but within the last month I saw no change

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! I originally placed my order 12/23/23, and received my vials 1/4/24. I paid for a 3 month supply (3 vials) and only received 2. I WAS NEVER SENT THE THIRD VIAL! In addition, MY MEDICATION EXPIRED 2/18/24 so I was only able to use it about 6 weeks. Was told I would be refunded for the medication I could not use. I wouldn’t recommend this service. They are just a cash cow for a subscription and the timing is terrible. I would suggest to go to your PCP for what you need. They will at least be able to follow your weight loss and care at a much cheaper cost. Also there is a Zepbound savings so why would anyone want to pay $135/month to subscribe and $215 for meds??? I wasted $84 or whatever the intro amount was and got nothing. Some lip service of nothing. As soon as I cancelled subscription they said well bye ✌️ you and your $84.

Changing my previous review after recent experiences. They are not able to answer simple questions, if it very obvious that messages are not read and/or a bot is responding which is incredibly concerning coming from a company providing healthcare services. Most recently it took multiple messages to get a simple questions answered about insurance. They also told me my coverage was canceled because I canceled my weight loss membership then sent me a link to “reactivate” it which took me to my active membership. The level of disorganization and they’re inability to answer ANY questions properly in concerning.

I signed up super excited to start my journey however Zealthy has proven to have a huge lack of communication and I've experienced several delays receiving medication on time. When I first signed up I prepaid for 3months. The first dosage of semiglutide was late about a week and a half. The first three weeks were great. They have you request your next month's dosage about 2-3 weeks ahead of time and it says your prescription is then sent to the pharmacy for delivery. THIS IS A LIE!! Beware. I'm 2 weeks in waiting on my 2nd month's dosage. This is NOT okay to anyone trying to loose weight. It's a major setback. I was supposed to have my medication weeks ago and I still sit with nothing, however they have 3 months of my money.

Wouldn't recommend this company. They aren't able to provide timely refills and their replies are meaningless. They overcharged me at the beginning and had to fight for a refund. Once the overages were refunded I couldn't get a refill. I prepaid for 3 months which was a huge mistake. I started my refill request on 3/5 and didn't receive my 2nd months supply until today. I have now missed weeks of injections and have to basically start over. Oh they did refund my 3rd month of medication. Funny now trustpilot is trying to discredit my experience. Now I understand how they have a 3.5 rating when a third of the reviews are negative. They work with Trustpilot to remove negative reviews. Terrible to say the least.

This company is garbage. The website says 1-2 business days for a provider to review the case, mine was 8. While I’m understanding, the providers made zero attempts to contact me aside from the initial message and to tell me they were denying me. I wouldn’t have been nearly so annoyed if they had kept me in the loop, but instead I had to chase them down and still had delayed responses. To top it off, they tried to charge my card for not providing any medication. 0/10 recommend, this company is a scam.
