This company has billed me close to $1000 for two months medication and I have not received meds since February. They say it will be solved but nothing been done and I can’t get refund. Stay away

SCAM!!!! Do NOT sign up. They are scammers.

THIS IS A RIP OFF I paid for a membership and was denied by my insurance somehow and now they’re sending me texts every day about purchasing semiglutide. It’s now almost time to pay for another month of “membership” without even having any meds. You shouldn’t have to pay for a membership until you actually have tried the medication. Now they won’t refund me for the first month, even though I haven’t received any medication. Ridiculous and a rip off.

So I told my coach how sometimes I get sick and can't eat after taking my shots which is a VERY COMMON side effect the first few days after taking your shot. Usually a few days later I'm STARVING until I take my next shot cause I'm on the lowest dose. They never answer my messages, charge me 135 to have anyone barely answer me and if I want to call a doctor for 15 minutes for a question, it's 99 dollars on top of the 349 for the medication. So the provider is suspending my mediation because I complained about throwing up after taking the shot a few times which again is SUPER COMMON. Suspending my maintenance meds because my appetite is suppressed which is the whole point of the medication? This needs to be fixed asap because I've screenshotted all my messages with these people and I feel like I would have a legal case with them if a lawyer read half the stuff I have.

This company utilizes employees from outside the USA. They have no oversight by USA managers. As a result, they ignore requests and messages and do not do their job. I've managed a staff of 25 from the Philippines, Pakistan, and Indonesia and had to develop audit processes as it's a known fact they hold down 3 full-time remote jobs. They should be closed down. They also violate Chase/MasterCard terms of service as they don't have a working customer service phone number.

If I could give this company a big fat “0” I would I would not recommend to anybody they lied saying I would pay $450 for weight loss medication just for them to turn around and charge me $99 membership then $670 they even advertised that your health insurance could possible cover it with prior authorization so I made sure to sign up for that as well Just for them to charge me out of pocket. Before the medication even delivered or shipped out I messaged support saying they need to cancel it out that what they had charged me was totally opposite than what was discussed and I was livid. Initially they said they would cancel then 3 days later the medication was on the way to me and they now stated medication orders can’t be cancelled because of policy even during all this I developed a health condition that wouldn’t allow me to use it again as I researched online and it was advised not to use in the condition I’m In now prior to signing up for it so I can’t even use this thing and yet they giving me the run around, no refund, no return label on items I never opened or used, just lame responses. If you know better don’t use this company there was even a better company out there I signed up for that I saw was cheaper and even they refunded all my money back and closed my acct. As for Zealthy the company is a liar, a scam, they will bill you anyhow, and they don’t care about their customers all they care about is the money they will make off of them. I have my bank involved now and I’ve filed a dispute with several evidence in hopes I get all my money back soon enough.

It says 189 an month and than they try to charge your card 965 I keep messaging them and they still keep trying daily to charge me 965

I have been charged 4 different times for a round a refill. Also I do have the proof… it’s been sent but disregarded. Would love to add that here for those to see that is in fact charged. And to reply back to Zealthy, you cannot reply to your messages back through email with the attachments, I tried twice on Sunday and it says “Message Failure: message blocked.” I would love to send you these images but there doesn’t seem anyway to forward them, portal or email reply…
