Excellent customer service. I'm very happy with them , I try with two different providers but for sure I keep them to helping me to lose weight. You can choose the brand or generic medication.

Desire dropping
After 4 weeks is is going fine. I need to learn to only eat when hungry. Since beginning I have eaten out several times, normally I clean my plate. I have notice this not happening and bringing home almost 1/2 of meal just because I felt full, or had no desire to eat that much.

9 out of 10 recommend- great customer service, small glitches
The experience with the health coach has been amazing! She has really helped me create a vision. Customer service is great too! Two reasons I didn’t put 5 stars:
1. They send a lot of automated “purchase one month of medication now at a discounted price!” When I’m on the 3 month plan. So their system doesn’t realize I don’t need meds.
2. Even though I pre-paid for 3 months, their system didn’t recognize that and charged me the $135 membership fee. I reached out to customer service and they quickly fixed it, but it was still slightly annoying. They need a way to tag people in the system who prepay for a certain number of months

I'm going to leave this here for now
I joined Zealthy and my prescription was approved on April 30th. I actually read all the documentation when I signed up, so I was very aware of all the fee's and prescription costs, so no problem there. I paid out of pocket, so I'm keeping a close eye on what is happening. I reasonably know that it will take a minute to get my prescription, but I'm trying to avoid any major issues. I do have to say, anytime I reached out with a concern or question, they have responded within hours. So, communication, for me, has been great. Just hope I don't have to wait as long as some of you have to get my product.
Update: After Lydia's message, I looked at my account and I have a tracking number, so all seems to be ok! Still, until I receive...I'm going to leave this here for now.
2nd update: received my shipment today, all seems well in the world!
