I love zealthy weight-loss. I love the coaching and timely responses through my weight-loss journey. I have gotten so many tips and help and encouragement and its only been 4 weeks of me taking wegovy and I love the simplicity of it. I have had no adverse side effects. I have lost 4lbs so far. My appetite is GREATLY reduced and my cravings for fats and sweets have slowed to almost zero in the 4 weeks. I found myself eating unhealthy out of habit and not even finishing the cheat. So its just easy to eat healthy now. I prefer the veggies and lean meats.
