Hey there Brittany, we are so sorry to hear that your account has been canceled with us. We did review your account and do see the account was canceled due to the type of insurance you have. Sadly, we are not able to assist you further with the weight loss services with the insurance you currently have. The insurance will not allow us to prescribe medication even if being paid out of pocket. We greatly apologize for this!
