Their website is extremely misleading. They start off by saying it’s $86 off but doesn’t explain what the discount is actually for. I ended up paying $49 (due to the discount) for them to ask me a couple of questions, upload my insurance card, and give my pharmacy details. THEN, the site tells me that due to my health questionnaire answers I qualify for semaglutide. It says consultant will review my information and they will also look to see if my insurance covers it and they will get back to me in 3-5 business days. Not even 1 min later $189 comes out of my account on TOP of the $49 from earlier. I am beyond livid. Now I am receiving texts from a bot consultant. I will come back and update about the refund I am requesting as soon as their office opens. Hopefully it is a 5 start review! Update: I changed my 1 star review to a 5 star review. Based on these reviews I thought I was going to have a hard time getting a refund. I do have to wait 5-7 business days but it’s better than being denied the refund altogether.
