Zealthy is a SCAM and LIES to get people to subscribe!
Zealthy provided false information prior to my subscription payment. I signed up for a consultation with the Zealthy healthcare team because I wanted to lose weight and I saw an advertisement saying that I could be approved for a weight loss medication through my insurance provider through the Zealthy website. I paid the fee for the initial consultation and completed the questionnaire. I received a message from Kelsey A. on my care team stating that my insurance covered the medication. The stipulation was that prior to me subscribing to their healthcare services that I would be covered by my insurance for the medication with a low copay amount. You must prepay for the subscription, so I paid $600 for my plan. Lo and behold, my insurance does NOT cover the medication. I would not have purchased the subscription, which is a requirement to receive the medication, if they had been truthful in saying whether I was actually covered or not. I would have just chalked up the $49 consultation fee as a loss. But Zealthy states "This [subscription] is required in order to have your medication sent to your local pharmacy." The message from the insurance company literally states "Not plan covered. Member pays $100% cash rate." Zealthy provided false information about coverage then claims they only provide refunds for "errors". This was a blatant falsehood in the style of a bait and switch operation.
