We do see your membership with us is still active, but we also see where you requested it to be canceled out. Because of this we have canceled the service, refunded back the April fee, and voided the pending charge. We are going to be reaching out via phone and/or email with the details. Reviewing your account, we do see that you were able to get a hold of us yesterday and we were able to get these charges refunded back to you. Hey Margaret! We are so happy to see that you were able to get a hold of us and we were able to get your request taken care of. We did confirm that the membership is canceled out and the $49 is refunded. As for our Contact Information, we are seeing for some reason our Contact Tab is not working and we are looking into why and getting it fixed. We do want to assure you that we did request the order be expedited through the pharmacy. We do see you were able to get the funds back for the order.
