No services were rendered and the cancellation process was super confusing with multiple pop-ups trying to get me to not cancel. Now they won’t refund me my subscription fee of $135. This company is a scam. Stay away!

The coach was the only nice part of this. I was told my medication would be covered but I had to pay for 2 months of membership to get the script issued. I did so, get to the pharmacy, and they want $1,600. Then, I'm charged $25 for a video call I didn't schedule. Run far and run fast, it's a scam. Currently trying to get my membership canceled because I know my money is long gone.

There is NO way to contact this company. I began to sign up and regrettably gave my credit card number. I then read the terms and found out there were hidden fees. I NEVER completed the application, but was charged each month. I tried calling and left no less then 5 messages, I have tried to email, with no response and could not find a way to cancel on their website. I contact the Better Business Bureau and the company NEVER responded to the complaint. I am blessed because I made the charges on my AMEX and they refunded my monies. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY'S TACTICS!!!!

Should be no stars. They are thiefs . Hit my account numerous times, then I canceled and still am being charged. No refunds still. I'm hiring a lawyer

Zealthy seemed good in the beginning but things went downhill quickly. They make you pay for 3 months of prescriptions in advance. I received the first month prescription and was on my weight loss journey. 1-1/2 months later and I still haven’t received my 2nd month supply. So it’s been 11 days without and all the progress I have made is going down the tubes. They have blamed the pharmacy but if you can’t get the product don’t sell a 3 month prescription

After writing two reviews and getting a "response" on here I've emailed the suggested email twice without a response. Speaks volumes and confirms for me my experience and why YOU SHOULD NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.

Where do I start? Ugh. It’s not a long story, I was only dealt with them at signup and when reordering but, man, they have much room for improvement. When I signed up we went back and forth for about 4 days trying to pay and enroll. When I put my card numbers in it said I was enrolled but then I’d get a message from them saying the card didn’t go through. So I would go back, put the numbers in and everything would look fine and id get a confirmation saying my enrollment was a success. Eventually I’d get an email my payment did t go through. Finally they manually put my card into the system and everything was fine. Paid the $135 monthly fee for the AUTORENRENEW prescription subscription and the $299 cost for meds and I received my tirzepatide. Four weeks later I realize I haven’t heard from them about my next months shipment so I went into my emails. In one of the emails I received the directions that said to log in after three weeks to set up my next shipment. While going through the many questions one of them asked if I wanted to change my prescription or keep it the same— I opted for stay the same. But when it arrived it was different. I called and asked them what happened they said I must have clicked the wrong box. I asked him to look through my history to when my provider said we would stay on the same meds. I reminded them it’s 2024 and technology has timestamps and every keystroke or checked box can we reviewed. My rep laughed when I said this told me I only had two options: take the other medication (which was unprescribed) or he could charge me again and send me the right meds. I asked him to cancel my membership. He said he couldn’t. I asked him to refund me the $135 that was charged for month two (of which I was cancelling), he said he couldn’t. This is what happens with very young, fast startups. I am now getting my meds from an different company and the experience has been flawless.

Adding another review because of how difficult it is to cancel membership and work with Zealthy. I canceled my membership in April and received no confirmation email. I have been getting messages to order a new prescription all week, thinking they were automated and did not update that I canceled my membership, and did not consent to replacing an order but was charged $189 today. The email I received this evening said an order was processed and that it would be for $275. I have had to cancel my bank card in order to not get charged and this is absolutely ridiculous because I did not consent to ordering a new medication. Semaglutide made me sick and I have been advised by real medical professionals not to take it
