Medication was very expensive and I could not afford it

This is one hundred percent a complete scam. They blatantly lied to me and told me a medication was covered under my insurance. They told me I had to pay for two months of care before they would send my prescription to the pharmacy. I paid over $200 for the extra two months of care and the pharmacy called me the next day to inform me that my insurance does not cover the medication and that it would be $1532 out of pocket per month. Then the Zealthy coordinator proceeded to offer me another scam site to get a prescription discount card which took the price to still $1100 out of pocket per month. They lied about submitting a pre approval to my insurance for three weeks until I proved it sending a screenshot of my insurance login. Please don’t waste your time.

Scam! Read the RETURN POLICY! They will not refund your money even if you decide you don't want it BEFORE they send the product! I lost $350 with this company. Don't do it!

This company is a SCAM! Initially, I attempted to purchase medications, but the messaging was confusing. They communicated as if I was paying for the medication itself, not a membership. After signing up, they informed me that I needed to pay more for a three-month supply. When I tried to cancel my membership, they refused to refund my money. I emailed them requesting a refund, but they claimed they couldn't do it. Despite multiple attempts to call, no one answered the phone, and the customer service was atrocious. I even question if they actually send products to anyone. Save your money and do not purchase anything from their website. PS: an update on this review on 06/09/2024: After writing this they called me and refunded my money.

Zealthy is horrible. For one they lie about submitting Prior Authorization requests to your insurance company. Then they lie again and say your insurance approved medication when in fact they did not. They also do not ship medication as described. Their communication is horrible and they have no clue what’s going on. Their pharmacy shipped my initial peptides to an old address and completely ignored the shipping address supplied. Then they did not ship all the medication as described. I have been going round and round with them to get my final vial of medication that I paid for. Stay away!

This company is not worth the one star given. It is basically a setup to withdrawn funds out of your account monthly. You can never speak with a human being when calling all while steadily charging your debit or credit card. I’m sure some class action lawsuit is sure to surface with this business. Their business practices just can’t be legal Dear future consumer please don’t waste your time, run far far away.

On May 9th 2024 I signed up for a medical membership with Zealthy to received GLP-1 (Trizepatide) Medications upon the initial sign up process I was charged $49 for the first months membership (discounted from the normal $135) the advertised price for the medication was $299. After it was determined that my insurance would not cover the medication Zealthy charged my card for the medication which I expected, what I did not expect was to be charged $430. So I messaged the company inquiring about the discrepancy in the charges. They sent me pricing outline which further confirmed that I should have only be charged $299. So i continued to try to get clarification on the issue it is my first month and according to their pricing document Month 1 includes either a 10MG or 20MG vial "Tirzepatide (Month 1) Includes 10mg vial or 20mg vial Typical dosage: 2.5mg per week (weeks 1-4)" So I should only be charged the 1 month price. they continued to insist that because I received a 20MG vial that I was charged appropriately. even though I never asked for a 20 MG and regardless of that according to their document a 20 MG is included in the $299 pricing structure. this chat went on for quite some time with me explaining that I never agreed to pay $430 and I should not have been charged $430 and just asking for the difference to be refunded. Yesterday 5/21 I received a call from a representative regarding the issue saying that I did in fact receive what I paid for I went on to explain the issue of what was advertised Vs. what was charged he said that they do not even have a way to refund customers money. I thought it strange that any company that can accept funds can not refund them. That conversation was not going anywhere So I let him know that I will be cancelling and I feel like it was a bait and switch. additionally no where on the website or after signing up do they tell you that you monthly medication price will not be be the advertised $299 but that it will continually go up and up and up. that is not explained anywhere. I cancelled my membership and would advise anyone to steer clear of this company as they are not forthcoming fro the get go, but then overcharge and don't take any accountability for the mistake.

Please do not order anything from this company, they illegally deducts thousands of dollars from out of your account without any authorization. You can never speak to anyone who speaks proper English and they just lie and say they will call you back and never do! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
