Shady as hell. Read the fine print. My credit and debit cards would not authorize the purchase of Zepbound. I took it as a sign and canceled. Received email stating everything was canceled. They continued to try and run my card every day for almost 3 weeks until it, for some reason, went through. I called the card company and asked for the payment to be reversed and reported as fraudulent. Then messaged zealthy and received an email that the medication would not be shipped. Guess what? Received the medication. 🤦‍♀️

Absolutely horrible company. Canned messages, no real responses ever, promises they can’t keep, etc. they’ve charged me multiple months promising they’re working on a prior authorization. My pharmacy, insurance, and the pharmacy insurer all stated they have not received a single prior authorization from Zealthy. They keep telling me it takes 2-4 weeks for a prior authorization to go through yet my insurance stated it only takes them 2-3 days to approve it once they received it. I’ve been charged $135 for two months and $49 for the trial month. I submitted everything to them the first day I opened the account. They won’t blame themselves for anything but they are quick to take your money. Do not use them. On top of their lack of customer service, they also want you to pay per doctors visit even though you’re already paying a membership fee to simply not have any services. It’s a scam and I’ve reported them to my bank, BBB, and may possibly go further if my money isn’t returned.

This company is a fraud. I thought I was paying $49 for a set of medication but it keeps increasing costs and asking for more money. I’ve emailed them twice already with no response. And tried calling several times. Complete fraud company.

Since I joined, I started to receive messages through the portal. I replied and they been helpful on operation matters. But, I was confirmed by them than they were gonna wait insurance company authorization which would take till 14 days. Meanwhile they processed ordering the other product and charged my credit card without my consent! I regrettably gave my credit card number. As soon as I heard this, I want to cancel all. They said they will try to cancel the order for the product, and they cannot GUARANTEE refund of $454 - I never gave a consent! Also, they said that they cannot refund subscription fee which is for 2 months. Then I read the terms and found out there were hidden fees. I have never received any service or product. I think it is not right to pay for 2 months even not getting anything. I sent them several messages only received draft/static messages that they can give anyone. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY'S TACTICS!!!! ADDITIONAL COMMENT POST THIER REPLY: It is another proof that how they have replied to the initial view here. They are just ignoring my claim about to be refunded on subscription fee, which is unfair for 2 months I should pay for the service I have never received or will receive. They are addressing me to send an email with the note of ‘trustpilot’ to their support center. In fact I had already sent an e-mail and never got back. As I now typed on trustpilot they are just trying to be supportive.

I signed up for the 3-month meditation with 2 months of membership since I already paid the $49 for the 1st month. I’m told my PA for Wegovy was approved by my insurance and that it was sent to my pharmacy on file. I get to the pharmacy to find out it cost $1539 because my insurance doesn’t even cover the medication. So I asked to stick with the semaglutide I had already paid for. I was told it would ship in 3-5 business days when I purchased it. Well, that turned into 11 business days, then every day I logged in I would see it has gone up another day. Got to the point where it would take 15-16 business days to ship the medication. All while the program continues on. I decided not to wait and to just cancel the whole thing. Went on to goodlifemeds.com got approved for same medication and already have a tracking number for the medication. I’ve asked for a full refund of the $670 for the 3month membership but they haven’t responded. My next step is to call my CC company and just dispute the charge as I never received what I paid for. I cannot recommend anyone use this service, you will just be wasting time and money.

Worst ever they wait 3-4 weeks to send meds so that u get done billed for subscription before you ever get a product and I tried two diff products with no success. They will not a refund and will continue to try to charge yours after months of trying to cancel. I had to cancel my cards for fraud.

My first month with Zealthy started out fine, it was easy and they offered a discount if I paid for 3 months up front. After about 3 weeks they asked if I wanted to go up in dosage (25 units to 50 units) and I said yes. Then one of the providers messaged me telling me to go up to 50 units “from now on”. Which I did. This meant that I used up the rest of the first vial. When I reached out asking for my next vial to be sent sooner, they said it’s not possible. As it turns out, the provider should have told me to start taking 50 units when I got my 2nd vial, not right away. This meant I’d go a week without the medication but I was ok with that, things happen. However, at this point it’s almost FOUR weeks since my last injection and my 2nd vial STILL has not been shipped. Keep in mind I prepaid my first 3 months so I’ve already paid for this month’s medication and membership. When I called, they explained the pharmacy has a backlog of orders so there’s nothing they can do. When I asked if they can at least ship my 3rd vial early so the same thing doesn’t happen next time, they said that’s not possible. I understand there’s a shortage of these medications nationwide but other online retailers are not having the same problems as Zealthy. I wish I would have done more research before I signed up with them. Buyer beware!

SCAM!!SCAM!!SCAM!! I thought I was paying for 49.00 worth of medication, not a membership. They charged my cc card 49.00 then a whopping 670.00 I tried contacting moments after receiving the email for the transaction. I was on hold for 30 minutes to get a record message that says we are unavailable and will call you back at a later time. I immediately called my bank to dispute the charges. I finally got a message from Zealthy saying they could not refund my money. I'm go to let my bank handle it. But I replied back saying cancel my membership and do not charge my account again. If I have to ill let my attorney handle it. I'm not going to be cheated out of over 700 dollars. Please think twice before doing business with this company
