Hey there Valerie! We are so sorry to hear that you were charged for a membership that you no longer planned on using. We do see you were able to get a hold of us and we have fully canceled the membership and refunded the $135 charge. You should see the refund back on your card within 5-7 business. We can remove your card on file once the refund is received. Once you receive your refund please feel free to reply to the email we have just sent you or you can call us at (877)870-0323. Unfortunately, we have never been able to provide services to individuals with this type of insurance, as it is a restriction imposed by the government-issued insurance company, not by us.
