Hello Pete! We completely understand wanting to receive a refund on a membership that you no longer plan on using. Reviewing your account we do see that you have requested from the start to cancel the service and have not finished verifying your account. Because of this, we are happy to refund back the $49. You will see the $49 back on the same card charged within the next 5 - 7 business days. We also made sure your account is fully canceled out so there will be no future charges. Hey Kristie! We are so sorry to hear about the trouble with your recent order. We reviewed your account and do see that you were prescribed 3 months of medication and 2 months of membership at the price of $670. The $49 is for your 1st month membership with us. We do require you to have a membership for the entirety of the time you are on medication with us. In total, we tried to charge you for 3 months of medication and membership.  We were never able to get the $670 charge to go through to your card and since you no longer want the order we have voided the fee. This ensures you will not be charged for the order.  We are currently working on your Prior Authorization and will reach out once we receive word back regarding the requested medication.  If there is anything else we can do to help please feel free to email [email protected] or call us at (877)870-0323. We have spoken to the lead you were working with and she has confirmed what has happened with the order and we have now refunded you in full. We have left you a voicemail with the refund details but do want to let you know the $670 for the order has been fully refunded and you will see it back on your card within the next 5-7 business days.
