The $135 does go towards you working 1x1 with your Providers, insurance (if we are running it), the pharmacy, and your Weight Loss Coach. Hello Bridget, we are so sorry to hear that you were charged for a membership that you are no longer using. Reviewing your account we see you did have a Medication Subscriptions and a Weight Loss Texas membership. Only the Medication Subscriptions which is why you received the $135 charge for the Weight Loss Texas membership. Since you are no longer using the service, we have refunded the $135 charge. Hey Nancy, we are so sorry to hear that your order is running late. We have made sure the order has been sent to the pharmacy and we are working on getting you your next order as soon as possible. Because the order is backlogged with the pharmacy we have refunded 15% off the order. Please expect to see $159.75 back on your card within the next 5-7 business days. Once we receive an update from the pharmacy and receive tracking we are going to reach out to you with an update.
