*Update* I was able to have the additional 6 months I paid in advance refunded. I tried this company after someone I know said they can help with preauthorizations etc for GLP1. To my surprise I very quickly had a response that I did not need a PA with my insurance. I was elated. It seemed almost too good to be true. I downloaded the manufacturer’s coupon that advertise as low as $0 or $25 and was excited to get started. I got another message from Zealthy informing me I would need to pay for additional months of service in order to get my GLP1 at the pharmacy and after I paid for additional months I could get my meds. I chose the 6 month plan for $100 a month. I went to the pharmacy and was shocked that the meds would be $1000 plus dollars even with my coupon. My insurance said they would not cover any portion of the Wegovy. I tried to cancel the membership because I do not want the compounded GLP1 they offer and can not pay $1000 plus for a month of meds. This was all done in a short amount of time. Maybe a week? The cancellation is not immediate. They are trying to keep not just the first month of service I paid for, but the additional 6 months. I messaged them regarding this and was told it would be noted and escalated and now I have had no response from them. I am disputing with my card company.

UPDATE :I try to be fair, so I want to update and say that my $135 was refunded. I also want to say that I did try to handle it "1x1" but didn't get any real help until I posted on here. I still haven't gotten the initial $49 refunded even though I didn't use any services or products and it wasn't clear that I was being charged. Having the initial $45 would fully satisfy my complaints with this company and would change my review to a five star. I went on their site for information only. They require bank information in order to get this information. I trusted that they wouldn't be shady or charge me if I decided not to go forward, but they did. I didn't notice the $49 charge, but when they charged $135 I realized they were charging me. I tried to contact them and resolve it, but they were no help. I'm now working with my bank to get all my money back. My advice is to go through your doctor or another organization.

If you want to be billed $135 monthly after requesting a cancelation and have the team say we don't do refunds so you get another month of access to our services only to find out it will happen again after written confirmation of the cancelation….. then this is the service you should try.

Their billing is horrendous. Making payments and getting care was a hassle so I cancelled this account with a customer service agent in March. I was subsequently charged $300 a month every month post cancellation. And always have to call for a refund. Support never emails back when I send them a copy of my cancellation email. They never respond to text and phone hold time is outrageous.

You can get better services else where.

I’m giving this company one star because I can’t give it zero. Like others have warned, do not get mixed up in this company! They are very shady and have questionable business practices. I started looking into it to maybe help jumpstart my weight loss, but I decided not to use them and thought nothing of it. Until they, not once, twice, but three times tried to bill me $135.00. For what? I have no idea. I’ve had to close accounts twice, but they seem to keep on following me and now I’m about to close my bank account for the third time! Bottom line, stay far away from this company. I’ve never written a review before, but I felt it was worth it if I could stop people from making the same mistake I did.

Buyer beware. Writing this to help protect anyone else from getting scammed and money stolen. Like many others I was ripped off as well. False advertising and charges of 135.00. I never spoke to someone at their company, completed a full medical assessment or placed an order for medication from them. I contacted their support teams after noticing a 135.00 charge and asked for a refund. They told me they do not offer refunds and told me my only option was to complete the health evaluation with them and order the medication since it’s already prepaid for. Absolutely not! I don’t want anything from a company with such unethical business practices. Do not fall for their false advertising! It’s a trap!

Asked them to bill my insurance for three months before it finally happened. They only sent exactly enough medication, which was impossible to get out of the vial. So I was not getting my full prescription. Could not get any questions answered. They have so many people responding that their employees don’t remember what the original question was. And finally this was the worst. They charged me after I took my account off auto renew. I was charged on 6/12 for a renewal I never wanted plus the membership fee. It’s 6/22 and I haven’t received it. Both they won’t refund my money.
