I wish negative stats was an option. Please note the reviews- most of them are from the time people initially got their medication. The issues come with the refills. I’ve been trying to get my medication for 2 weeks and have had to miss 2 doses. I’ve followed up CONSTANTLY. I paid for my medication on 7/2 and placed the refill on 6/29. They then called me yesterday to say “oh actually if you want to continue the dose you’re on, it will be another $450!!!! Mind you- this would only be 10mg more than my initial dose and this new dosing was already agreed upon. They then had to cancel and redo the order??? I got a call today that they are “finalizing the order” I’ve had to miss 2 doses due to this which is terrible to the progress of using this medication because my body got used to it. The pricing is NOT transparent and customer service gives canned/copy paste answers, they also don’t read previous messages so I had to explain myself 10-15 times. There are so many other providers out there, please do more research and whatever you do, DONT use this company. You will have no idea what you’re being charged for, won’t be listened to, and will definitely miss doses of medication. Complete joke and scam.

I had been on Semaglutide for almost a year and my weekly dose was 1mg when I decided to switch to Zealthy to save money. I explained that in detail during my initial conversations. So, starting at the just beginning dose of .25 was not appropriate for me. However, that is what I got sent anyway and paid for it for two months. I called several times and was assured they would fix it and refund me. It still has not been fixed. So, I paid for 2 months and only received enough medication for 2 WEEKS. I feel taken advantage of and do not trust this company!

I called and spoke to someone at customer service the very same day they took the $49. I told them I was very unhappy. I didn’t like how the payment was submitted before it told me the cost of the medication. I asked for a refund and cancel my account. He said the $49 would be refunded because I never finalized and set up anything. Now I see I have been charged $135!!!! For what? I am not using their services. I called customer service immediately (less than 5 minutes) after I saw the $49 was charged. The customer service representative told me the $49 was pending and would not go through. He definitely didn’t say I would be getting charged again. He assured me the money would not go through and that my account was cancelled.I am very very disappointed and extremely upset. I should not have to pay $49 and then see how much the medication will cost me. I should have been allowed to see the total cost. And why was I charged $135 yesterday? I have not ordered anything. I didn’t even finalize anything. I will most definitely be warning everyone about this website and services. I would really like a full refund of $184. I feel like I was scammed and ripped off.

I strongly recommend you see your doctor before signing up for this. This company just scammed me out of $49! I wanted to see what it was all but midway in the process I decided I’d rather get a prescription from my doctor. I never gave them consent for treatment but they took the money and said it was non refundable! That’s stealing and I’d advise you to read the small print if you’re not sure what you’re getting yourself into!

Absolute worst!! Over $500 and three months later, I have lost zero weight and still have not received the full shipment of medication I paid for. They did not process my order until the end of the first month which means I paid an entire month membership without receiving any product. Their customer service is impossible to deal with and you just get automated messages. Whatever they have those is not what they are offering!!!!

Don’t do it. They take $49 walk you into the trap then want you to approve the program LESS the drug! Once you approve the monthly costs the weight loss drug is extra and you might as well go to a doctor, get a real prescription and pay for it. Thieves. Thank you for confirming that your business model is PURPOSEFULLY deceiving. You should state the way it works upfront. You don’t because more people would make a better decision and NOT participate in you scam. Instead you lie, cheat and mislead people u til they feel like “well they already took $250 I might as well see if it works now”

I have now been waiting 3 1/2 weeks for my second med shipment

Well they promise to don’t have backlog but here i am being informed the day i suppose to take the next dose that it wont arrive for another week. I informed them long time ago and they turned the phone on me multiple times when i tried to reach the manager. I want to start a lawsuit for breach of contract because they promised mediation on time and its mot late for a day or two its going to be late for a week. Do not spend money with them .
