Bait and Switch Marketing
Unable to get a refund despite never having ordered any products or talking to anyone on the team. I signed up on a very misleading offer and when the actual product was going to cost more, I immediately asked to cancel but it was too late. $135 pulled and no refund policy despite the bait and switch tactics of their marketing. On top of that, after I explicitly asked to cancel and for a refund, they did continued to allow my subscription for nothing continue and I was just charged again. Writing this review in the hopes that they change their policies and issue refunds for legitimate reasons such as this.

We can see that you were charged for 2 months of service. We have refunded both fees and will be contacting you via phone and/or email with the refund details.
