I joined Zealthy about two months ago and am really happy with this program so far. I really love that they provided me with the exercises (and video on how to execute) and daily meal plans, I love watching my weight and life in general get better every day as this new routine becomes my new lifestyle. I actually feel "lighter" and have energy like a little kid (well, not quite that much!) The first month was tough, I experienced nausea, constipation, headache, and I'd suddenly feel very sleepy. I almost quit because it became so bad. But I pushed through it because of my "WHY." I was able to reach the customer support about my concerns and they were responsive in good time, the coaches and medical didn't respond right away because I reached out over the weekend, so I guess they want time off too, lol:-) In conclusion, I recommend Zealthy.
