When signing up, we do let you know that you are signing up for a monthly membership that is charged every month unless canceled out. We do see your membership is still active which is why you have been being charged. You can cancel your membership at any time in your Zealthy portal. Since you are not using the service we have emailed you your cancelation and refund details.
