We also made sure the amounts $135 and $189 have been refunded. You should see the $135 charge refunded back within 5-7 business days of 2024-07-29. The $189 will also pop back up on your card within 5-7 business days of 2024-08-12. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced, Ibrahim. I have followed this up with our medical provider to re-prescribe your order. I have noticed there was an error on our end that one of our providers was having technical issues. Hello Roxianne! We are so sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience using our services. We understand how disappointing it is to not qualify for your wanted prescription but we do see your Provider reached out with other options. We are unable to refund the $49 sign-up fee as a Provider did review your Intakes and worked on finding what options worked best for your body. To cancel your account, you can do this anytime within your Zealthy account. If you head to your My Profile (bubble with the face inco) and hit the Manage Membership button there you will have the option to cancel, or make any changes you want to your Zealthy membership. We did confirm your membership is canceled so you will not be charged again.
