OMG!! I have hackers on my phone from y'all with y'all info all over my phone and NONE OF THE INFO. WILL DELETE BECAUSE Y'ALL ARE SAYING THAT I HAVE TO PUT ALL OF MY REAL INFO. INTO YOUR SYSTEM!! Had a very bad experience with them. Billing and medication pre-auths are deceptive. Customer service reps are terrible in solving problems. Takes a lot of efforts and jumping trough hoops to solve issuer. You will be better with any other online medical pharmacy.

Deceptive. I'd argue illegal. NOWHERE in the signup process do they explain there are separate fees for a membership ($135/mo) AND cost for the medication. They make it appear as if it is all inclusive. This critical part should be explicitly stated up front. Not doing that is deceptive at best, fraudulent at worst.

I was going to cancel my subscription because of the high prices. The site gave me a 10% discount on medication per month (30% in total) and a free month on the subscription. When I was going to cancel the subscription to the site and the medication was a total of 1300 dls. I did not cancel my subscription and got the discounts the site offered. In total I was supposed to pay 866 dls. The next day I saw a 515dls charge I asked them what was that charge for? They just let me know it was because of the change in my doses just adjusted total without my knowledge, I told them I couldn’t afford that and that I needed to cancel. They couldn’t cancel my subscription nor they applied the discounts. Edit: to the person who helped me when I called, thank you so much. You couldn’t help me with the total refund but at least you help me to contact the escalation team, which nobody else in my “personalized team” did. Go to a real doctor, it might be easier

I signed up back in April hoping my insurance would send over the approval. It never happened so I cancelled my account in June. I received my cancellation confirmation and no charge was made in July. Tell me why I was just charged in August? They tried to tell me they never had a cancellation from me. Tell me how I have the automatic cancellation confirmation in my inbox from June 13? STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR INFORMATION. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO FIGHT THIS HARD FOR MY OWN MONEY BACK

I tried using Zeathly and they charged me to send me a kit. I never received the kit they said the kit was received after weeks of trying to get in contact with someone they finally responded. By that time I decided not to try their product. I asked for a refund and was denied. Very poor customer service. I'm glad I didn't even use their product after seeing all the bad reviews from others.

*Update: after a 15 min wait for customer service I was connected to a real person and explained the issues. I got a refund.* During sign up it said $0 for the first 3 months then $10 a month billed quarterly. After entering my card info it then said $99 billed after my appointment. It states that I will not be charged until AFTER my appointment. I scheduled my appointment and a few mins before my appointment I logged in and waited and waited then I message popped up stating that my provider didn't connect so for me to reschedule at no charge to me. At 11:28 am the provider sends me a message asking if I'm planning on joining our appointment..mind you my appointment was 28 mins earlier and again I was waiting. I check my bank account and they already started taking my money even though I never had my appointment. I called customer service and it said wait time 4 mins. I waited 10 mins and hung up. I called again and it said 5 min wait. I'm still on hold and it's been a little over 12 mins. I canceled my membership and if I don't get my money back I will be calling my bank AND filing an official complaint.

After several delays in receiving my medication I decided to cancel this unreliable service. I have canceled my membership not once, but twice. Since canceling, they have tried to charge my credit card three separate times. I finally had to cancel my card because I have no faith that they will stop these attempts.
