Zealthy needs to seriously consider…
Zealthy needs to seriously consider upgrading its technology in order to provide a better way of communicating with its customers. Youll be chatting with a Zealthy employee and then you get a response from another not knowing what happened to the original person you were talking to. Then the new person tells you something completely unrelated to what the conversation is about which leaves you even more confused. At the end of the day, Zealthy fails to realize that this business still falls under healthcare and the less people with access to my medical records the better but seems that your chat gets thrown around to just about everyone maybe even the Zealthy janitorial staff based on the amount of bullsh** being given us customers. Latest example is as follows: I just about had it with Zealthy, prices are high, service was poor, and we already addressed the "clunkiness" of their technology. So I had my bags packed, ready to check-out (figuratively) & cancel my membership, when the app offers me 10% off my medication if I stay a while and give them another chance. Since my medication is over $1100 and I am in no position to throw $110 out the window, I agree and place another order with the 10% discount code I was provided. However, since I know the competence of who I am dealing with I notify my bank ahead of time and advise them I have authorized Zealthy $990 anything else is unauthorized. As I place my order, I add my code, a flashing notification comes accross my screen advising discount accepted/applied, my balance at the bottom changes from $1100 to $989.10 and I submit the order. My order gets routed to the medical provider who approves my prescription and then my card is processed for $1100.00 (I knew they would) and they get denied. They try several more times while I get notified that I need to supply a different form of payment because they arent able to get an authorization. I explain to them they are attempting to get authorization for more than the agreed upon amount and I get advised that my order needs to be re-routed to a medical provider and in 1-2 business days I'll hear back. This makes no sense as the medical provider to my knowledge just reviews my chart and writes my prescription, they have nothing to do with my credit card or billing or your failure to apply a discount that you authorized. Days later, no word from said famous "medical provider." My prescription order has yet to be submitted and I dont have any medicine left and definitely feeling the effects of coming off the drug cold turkey. Yesterday, I requested a supervisor or manager call me back and no acknowledgement from the customer service team or response from a sup or manager. I understand this company has plenty of great reviews and I hate to be one of the bad ones but in my case the ball keeps getting dropped, fumbled even and with the amount of money this "service" costs I'd expect at the very least basic communication such as "hey i know we promised you a call back in 2 days and that time has expired, but just know we havent forgotten about you and we are still working on it I will follow up w/ you again in another 2 days". But seems Zealthy is celebrating Halloween early as I get nothing but ghosts... Update: it’s been 3 days since I sent and email as Zealthy requested and have not heard back. Another example of sub par service from this organization. Update#2: Yes, thank you for refunding the overage I was forced to pay because Zealthy can’t discount their products correctly. This caused me to pay the regular rate even though I had a 10 discount and wait for a refund once my prescription gets approved. However that issue is just the tip of the iceberg. You all still have $989.10 of mine that was given to you in exchange for 3 months of medication. Still no sign of my medication and per the last email received from the APRN seems like I’m only getting one month supply when I paid for 3. It’s a never ending struggle just trying to keep you guys honest and ensuring you keep your promises with providing the correct amount of product/service that was agreed upon during the checkout process.
