My Doctor prescribed Ozempic along with the ramp up schedule. It is supposed to be administered on a ramp up schedule to have you up to a full dose by the 3 month mark. When I found out my insurance wouldn’t cover it, I searched for a provider online and went with Zealthy… what a HUGE MISTAKE!!! I paid for 3 months worth of Semaglutide assuming they would follow the ramp up schedule, but when the vial arrived, their instructions stated to have me inject 5 units per week for the first three months. They are literally ripping me off by not following the ramp up schedule. I received 2ml of medication for the entire three months at nearly $700! What a scam. I highly recommend skipping this company and asking your doctor for a local reputable provider.

I inquired on their online portal and appeared that the cost was reasonable but realized that it was just for counseling and when I saw the total cost I did not proceed with authorizing payment. I receive an e-mail and text that I needed to continue my application and had already paid for counseling at 49.00, I text back I did not want the service. I called and left a message, and this morning received a call and they said they could not refund my 49.00 even though I did not receive any service.

On the 1st shot it made me violently sick & I had to go to the hospital 3X’s. I notified them right away & continued as I did not get better & had to see more doctors & no one would get back to me. They said over & over- we’ve turned it over to the proper team & they will get back to you asap. Weeks I didn’t hear fm them. I asked them to send a prepaid shipping & i would ship everything back to them, it all unused, and to issue me a refund. It’s like $600 upfront. Many weeks later, they JUST told me they can’t give me a refund. Seriously?! It freezes your esophagus & the food gets stuck up at the top so you feel sick so you can’t eat. That’s why you lose weight. I personally do NOT like feeling nauseous! The minute you stop taking, and eat normally you gain weight back. Also, you may react like I did & throw up for 10 days straight & have to be put in the hospital. It was horrible. I hope this helps people decide.

Update: I've never received a response faster than the one to this review!! I'm not going to bother with responding to a review response when a paying subscriber couldn't get a refund in 2 weeks. Obviously more concerned with their rep than their clients. No thanks. Please be cautious with the subscription plan and use a low limit credit card. Zealthy will submit charges without remorse and take 2 weeks for customer service to return a call and resolve. Cancelling the subscription takes longer than losing all the weight. Save your money!! There are better, more communicative and less tiresome ways to lose weight. FYI I never chatted with a “coach.”

I paid my August membership dues. My refill was due to me on August 13. They still have not fulfilled the request even though they are telling me it has been escalated to the pharmacy team. So I'm now almost 3 weeks off the program. It is my believe they are out of semaglutide, and delaying refills until it's back in stock. They are just not telling me that. But that's just a guess. Otherwise it's just bad customer service.

I am incredibly disappointed with the service provided by Zealthy. I paid for a three-month supply of medication and membership, only to have the shipping delayed, forcing me to pay for a fourth month while I was barely into my second month of treatment. There was a two-week delay in my medication shipment, which put my treatment on hold, disrupting my progress and causing unnecessary stress. During my third month, I was advised to increase my dosage from 50 units to 125 units. However, in the last week of my second month, I only had 20-22 units left in my vial. When I brought this up, the provider accused me of wasting the medication by incorrectly drawing it, implying that I was at fault for being short on my last dose. Despite my concerns, I was not advised against taking the 125 units the following week, leading to severe complications. As a result of this reckless advice, I suffered from severe stomach cramps, nausea, constipation, and fatigue. I ended up in the ER with excruciating pain, where I had to pay $500 out of pocket just for the providers to question who authorized such a high dose. It was clear that I had overdosed on the medication, leading to severe gut issues. The pain persisted, and I had to return to the ER due to the ongoing symptoms. To make matters worse, I have not heard from a provider since I was advised to go to the ER. I am currently fighting for a full refund and will be disputing the charges with my bank if this issue is not resolved. The service has been nothing short of awful, with random NPs replying to my inquiries and customer service representatives who seem completely clueless about the situation. This has been an incredibly frustrating and painful experience, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting Zealthy with their health and well-being.

Signed up, but immediately canceled and can't get my membership fee refunded. Very upset and would not recommend them as their customer service sucks.
