Charged me 49$ I immediately contacted them trying to get a refund. I didn't even complete the initial assessment so they've been non stop emailing me and texting me. I replied to every email sent telling me that I needed to complete the assessment saying I wanted a refund. Because I haven't completed the assessment I can't even log in to cancel and further recurring payments because it won't let me see anything but the stupid assessment. When support finally responded to me a day later they told me they couldn't refund me because some had already reviewed my account. The review only happened 30 minutes before they finally responded to my request for a refund.

“Care” Team Issues
Edit: Really love how when they reply, it is STILL requesting images I have repeatedly told them (and stated in this review) that I do not have due to them not telling me I needed it for THREE DAYS. Apparently I’m the problem for taking out my trash.
Edit #2: “we didn’t request the box, we understand recycling. We just need to see what’s in the box.” You did ask for the box: “two pictures showing all 6 sides of the box including the shipping label” is what I was asked. But again, not until after everything was thrown away. Sounds like if nothing goes wrong Zealthy is great! But if something does, you’re out of luck.
Medication sent without alcohol swabs or syringes. Both you can get elsewhere, but with how expensive this is it should be included. When asking the care team about it (since I can’t seem to ask the pharmacy directly), they initially responded that they would escalate and send everything right over. 3 days later I get a response saying I need pictures of the box. They then called me several times a day along with messages that they need these pictures, and every time (including in the text box) I told them I don’t have it. Finally stopped calling, I had to ask about updates to my order a week later because they didn’t message me again. Then again a week without contact later, I ask again and I’m told that the photos would really help the pharmacy team like none of the prior conversations have ever happened. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve received my medication and it’s sitting unopened in my fridge.

UPDATED! Your Credit Card is Not Safe with Zealthy!
ORIGINAL:
Zealthy has charged my credit card $135 per month for nothing. No meds, no advice, nothing. I had cancelled immediately after their $49 entry and they charged me two months later at $135 then another month at $135. Finally I put my card on hold and they tried again and then sent me a "failed attempt" email.
After contacting requiring a refund (as nothing was ever provided by Zealthy) they sent an email saying I would not be charged further. And then hours later they attempted to charge my card again.
Zealthy owes me $270 and at this point can only be classified as a scam. I will keep you updated on their response good or bad but as of now it doesn't look good.
UPDATE:
The response from Zealthy was to NOT refund suggesting it somehow not possible. They have still provided no service, NONE and continue to attempt to further charge my card.
2x UPDATE:
Nothing. No refund, no action, just dead service. Stay away from this company, it is simply a cash-grab enterprise.

Horrible…
I ordered my semaglutide medication which was delivered. Then I ordered some ED medication and they kept giving me the run around, they kept telling me that they had to contact my medical provider and they would escalate my order to their pharmacy issues department, then they would say 1-2 days, I waited over a week and never received anything. So I asked for a refund for the ED medication that was never delivered and they started to ignore messages.

This company will scam you
If you google oral semaglutide, Zealthy pops up with an ad for $149. This is so misleading that it’s clearly intentionally deceptive marketing. During the process of setting up my profile, it asked me for my credit card information. I thought this was strange since I hadn’t even given them information about my weight and health situation. However since the screen said I wouldn’t be charged unless prescribed, I thought it was ok. Well I was immediately charged $49. Then charged $1. Then refunded $1. I decided to continue through the profile set up so that I would be able to connect with someone about what was happening. A few steps later they asked me to select which injectable medication I wanted, with no option for oral semaglutide. I researched why I was charged $49 and found this is a membership fee, which increases to $135 in the following months. The medication cost also skyrockets, and I really mean that. They failed to be clear about their fees, when they would be charged, and a reasonable expectation for medication costs. It’s terrible they do this to people. I also found it suspicious that they charged me $1 and immediately refunded it, but those two transactions happened after the $49 charge. Generally a small charge and refund like that is done to establish a credit connection so you can be charged later when there is an agreement of services. To be clear, there was no agreement. I immediately told the company I wasn’t interested in their services and they have been giving me the run around and have been extremely rude for the last 10 days claiming I agreed to charges in the fine print. Um ok, your gigantic print said I would not be charged. I do not expect this company to be around for long as their business practices are abhorrent. But in the meantime, don’t be one of their victims.
UPDATE after Zealthy’s response.
I figured I’d come here to post an update. Both so that other consumers know, and also because you do not get responses when you try to communicate with Zealthy behind closed doors. It unfortunately has to be public. Zealthy responded to me and said that because I was seen by a provider, they won’t refund my money. Thing is, I was not seen by a provider. They are lying. Read up on consumer experiences with Zealthy before making your decision. They are deceptive and regularly overcharge people. Even their employees on Linked in say consumers constantly complain about being overcharged. Folks, you can contact your insurance company on your own and ask if they will cover medication, or if they have prerequisites to cover your medication. You don’t need to pay someone $135 a month to take 2 months to figure that out for you. There are also LOTS of other companies that only charge for medication and don’t have a membership fee, and their medication costs less. And if your insurance covers your medication, why in the world would you pay a membership fee to anyone instead of paying a smaller copay to a doctor? Don’t do it. Also the weight loss coach they speak of only sends you generic PDFs about eating healthy food and exercising. It’s really basic stuff you can google on your own if you don’t already know. But don’t take my word for it, check what other people said about it too. And if you have been unfortunate enough to sign up with Zealthy, I encourage you to contact the attorney general in your state, and in Florida (that’s where Zealthy is located). It just isn’t right the way they have intentional misleading marketing and the overcharging, the dragging their feet checking if your prescriptions are covered. They even have trouble paying their employees on time. It’s a bad business and we need to stand up to this kind of shadiness. I won’t have it.

Having a very hard time getting action…
Having a very hard time getting action taken to have order of medication shipped. It’s been seven days and the order has not gotten out the door. It being a holiday weekend measures should have been taken to expedite shipping. They have no problem to charge me for membership with no medication to avail

Misleading Practices and Poor Customer Service
Zealthy's business practices are deeply concerning:
Misleading Marketing: Their advertising is deceptive, leading customers to misunderstand what they're purchasing.
Questionable Products: Their products lack FDA approval, raising serious concerns about safety and efficacy.
Predatory Membership Model: They use a "trapped membership" system, making it difficult for customers to cancel or get refunds.
Unethical Billing Practices: They collect payment before determining if you're eligible for their services.
Poor Customer Service: Support is unhelpful and unresponsive. They insist customers use their online portal to cancel, which seems designed to retain memberships against customers' wishes.
Unprofessional Conduct: This behavior is particularly disappointing from a company with medical professionals on its board, who should uphold higher ethical standards.
In summary, I strongly advise against using Zealthy's services. Their business model appears designed to trap customers rather than provide genuine healthcare solutions.
