We reviewed your account and see your request has been sent over to a Provider so they can see if your current prescription can be sent to your requested pharmacy. Hello Tina! We are so sorry for any confusion regarding how our program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. We do not see a charge for $180 on your account. If you are seeing one on your bank statement, then please reach out. Since you are not using the service going forward we have refunded the $49 initial charge and you will see $49 back on your card within the next 5-7 business days.
