I tried this online weight loss program hoping I could gain access to the GLP-1 medications that are out of stock in local pharmacies. I filled in all my medical history and even uploaded recent lab documents from PCP. I was told that they would attempt to get prior authorization for the medications. Both medications were denied by my insurance, but the company is pushing you to order their generic medications for $150-200/month on top of the $100+ monthly membership fee. They say they accept insurance but at no point was that addressed. When i received my denial info on the prescriptions, the company was asking for additional info to get the medications approved. I don’t think company truly tries to get the prior authorization approved. My PCP was able to get the PA approved on the 1st attempt. I wasted my $49 with this company…..

I originally signed for their $49 “deal” on 3/26. Once you sign up you realize it is just for the “coaching” and provider, not even the medication. Then realizing I have to pay for a month to three months supply at their “discounted” price or wait to see if my insurance authorizes it I decided not to just because I was already questioning whether they were legit or not. Friday 4/12 I get a message that they had good news and my prior authorization had been approved. Again, I was still iffy about the whole website so I logged onto my insurance website and I did see that there indeed was a prior authorization so that was a green flag that it is legit. However, once you log on and you want to continue it tells you that in order to continue you need to sign up 2 to 6 months of the coaching. I signed up for the two months and that was another $216 and it says it will take one to two business days for them to send it to your pharmacy. Today is Wednesday and I still have not heard back so I reached out to them and then they pulled the you have to purchase the medication that was initially given to you because your local pharmacies in your area do not carry the low dosage therefore it means the prior authorization that they got approved. I cannot even use, because no pharmacies have it in stock And I feel like they knew that but yet they got me to sign up for an additional two months total of three for nothing. I do believe that the website is legit, and it is cheaper than if you were just to buy it from your local pharmacy, but it is very misleading and they are not transparent and now I am not going to purchase the medication and that prior authorization goes to waste, and when I asked for a refund today I was ignored, and that question was not acknowledged at all. So I am out of $265. If you’re willing to pay for it at a discounted price plus the “coaching”, go for it. But if you are misled like I am and you think that you are getting a deal on the medication it will be one thing after another and additional money I would recommend just going to your primary care doctor and getting a prior authorization through them without the extra cost.

I placed an order and it is taking a long time for it to ship! Reached out to support and they stated they are waiting on the pharmacy to provide an update. The response time is slow.

UPDATE: the chat function is useless. I have to make a phone call to get anything sorted out with my account and medication. I’ve added a star as I’ve been able to sort one issue out at a time with the folks who answer the phone. Sadly I’ve been waiting nearly a month for them to get a determination on my prior authorization. I’ve been told multiple times it should take 2-14 business days. I also paid for the compound to start while waiting for the insurance determination, and it has been nearly a month with no notification of shipment, and no status update, despite requests for such. I don’t want to continue to pay for a monthly membership if I will not be receiving the medication. But again, no response for my requests to refund and cancel.

First dose of medication was good, second month was ridiculously late and way past the time of making the medication effective. Therefore my first month was a waste of money since month 2 has reset the entire process of medication. I hope that month 3 is not late so I can start seeing results.

I love that it gets delivered to your home and that its easy to refill your prescription if you want to, but It’s hard to get a hold of your primary provider especially if you have a bad reaction your first dosage. I was throwing up everything I was eating or drinking literally EVERYTHING. I messaged them first thing 8 in the morning and didn’t get any medicine for nausea until 5:30 that evening. Even now they have upped my dosage but now I don’t have enough in my second month vial so I only have 2.5 months worth of medicine even though I paid for 3 and when I went to message them about what should I do, how much should I use, etc,. Its take about 2 days each message, you send to them so if you message them and then 2 days later they message you back you have to wait another 2 days after you respond to hear anything back.

Intro rate doesn't come close to the time needed to get the first round of Ozempic. I can get from Canada at a similar cost and I have a local weight loss clinic that is covered by Medicare. So I spent $39 ($49?) to find that out. Also, I can find better weight support and food tracking on-line for free. The $79 is merely "the privelege" to order Ozempic from them.

Zealthy is very communicative when it comes to wanting money. They are ambiguous and there are many hidden fees Be careful!!
