I never even signed up for anything with this company. May have asked for some info. Now, I found out they have been charging me monthly for a service I never signed up for, never used, never approved. Just inquired about some information. They kept sending me emails to finish the sign up process. I never signed up for anything!!! The company has charged me $135.00 monthly since Feb 8, 2024, still keeps charging me, and I have never received or requested any products from them. PLEASE don't sign up for anything with this company. It's a total SCAM !!!

My first order was shipped to my apartment, and the carrier left in the apartment's package lockers, which require a code to get in that the carrier did not provide. By the time I was able to get apartment management involved and get them to open the locker so I could get my package, I checked back with Zealthy and was told the medicine was no longer good after being unrefridgerated that long. Zealthy refused to answer why a medicinal package that also requires medication wasn't shipped in such a manner that required a signature nor did anything at all to rectify the situation. The carrier said to contact the shipper and the shipper (zealthy) did nothing. So a lot of shifting the blame without actually doing anything to keep a customer. They just want your money folks. Keep away.

It is a scam. I tried their semaglutide for a month and nothing happened. I actually gained weight. I requested for a refill three weeks ago, but they still haven't sent it out. Only good thing about Zealthy is that they respond to my messages which did not help any. Too cheap=scam.

They send their own semiglutide quickly, it made me gain weight. They don’t send the right prior auth Information to keep you on their bad meds. Once you get the prior auth they send the prescription with missing info also so after you spend weeks trying to find the meds they lag so much on actually sending the meds you don’t get it. THEY are a a SCAM. I regret using them. I still have not been able to revive my meds after doing my own search for them. They are also being sued.

I have never had a worse experience with a company in my 52 years on earth!!! I paid over $700 for 3 months of medication, I have had to stay on top of the staff to ensure a) that the medications get prescribed and b) and most importantly that they actually get over to the pharmacy and mailed to me, to get a TRACKING number out of this company is like pulling teeth! The website is archaic, the departments don't know what they are each doing, the repetitive health questions, the constant apologies for inefficient and bad service, the waste of time customer service that puts the phone down randomly, the never ending issues! This is not rocket science, let the pharmacy know about a prescription and get a tracking number so that subscribers dont have to go days without medication! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL, I cannot wait to get my third month medication hopefully without losing my mind so I can change providers. I work in healthcare and can honestly say I have never been so frustrated or disappointed or shocked at the horrific service provided by Zealthy not to mention the LIES from the staff about my order going over to the pharmacy when FIVE days later there is still no tracking number available ensuring that I will be going days without medication. How does this company have ANY subscribers when their service is so horrible?

My wife was interested in the products offered by the company. She created an account then they asked her to pay a $49 fee. It looked like it was going to be a monthly fee for her prescription. THEN it actually went through the process of seeing if she could get the prescription,which she didn't qualify for. But they still charged her the $49 fee. She asked for a refund since she received no service and was told that the fee was a membership fee and was non-refundable. So she essentially paid $50 just to see if she could be prescribed. Which would have been fine if they had made it known that's what was going to happen. Complete scam!!!

Horrible customer service. Was charged $135 after canceling membership and they refuse to give me a refund even though I never received any medication.

Scam! The ad looks as if you will be getting the meds for $150/mo. Then they very subtly force you to subscribe for a "coaching" program that costs $135/mo IN ADDITION, whether you ever use it at all. By the time I got around to logging back in to order my prescription, they had already charged me over $600 for NOTHING. Literally. Not one minute of "coaching". I requested they cancel my membership on at least 4 occasions (which I know they received because they responded). But they continued to charge me an additional $600+, until someone finally told me the hoops I had to jump thru to "officially" unsubscribe. I'm now out well over $1k, and have received nothing in return, with no recourse. Don't fall for it.
