Crap. I signed up, paid 45 dollars immediately and when I got to paying its saying I need to do a video visit I didn't wanna do so I cancelled my membership. Didn't use anything and they said the 45 is non refundable because it's for services such as..and listed all these services I didn't do. Why isn't the 45 paid after you schedule the visit? Not at the beginning. Rip off!!

Zealthy is a scam. They will confirm that you have not paid for three more months ( a requirement for you to have a script even if you've paid for this month) after you cancel your services. Then, they'll continue charging you. Response time takes days and support is combative. My provider did not even know which medication I was on and submitted a PA to my insurance for a different medication they do not cover-that I was never prescribed- without my request.

I was unable to continue my treatment because of system issues. I was told to keep submitting rx requests and at one point I had 6 requests. I went two weeks without my rx and decided to discontinue. I asked multiple people to intervene and was told by everyone it was out of their hands.

Absolutely garbage. Did the quiz for birth control, said I wanted nuvaring. They sent a message saying they were sending the pill, I replied I didn’t want it, after TWO WEEKS of back and forth, waiting days for communication they tell me ONTOP of the money I’ve already paid, the nuvaring will cost me at the pharmacy. I told them I wanted a refund or my nuvaring free, we will see how much more of a headache these people are

I was charged duplicate charges for the 3 month membership when I signed up . $670 each x 3 plus $49. I took lots of phone calls, emails n text to fix it. Then I got charged again for $135 recently without any explanation. Eventually, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and issued a refund of the duplicates. I still have two more charges get refund since they cx my membership. So beware they are superfast in getting those charges in before you know it.

I was really excited about starting this program. Unfortunately I have been trying for over 30 days to get my prescription filled and been following up every few days to no avail. The coach they set me up with was great and helpful, but they charged me for a 3 month treatment and left me hanging after the first month

Misrepresentation of services and upon request for refund of membership within 3 minutes of payment I received run-around and despite no services or products rendered I called C.S. # and "Anna" another representative promised refund. Reviewed transcripts and approval for refund promised due to no services or products rendered. One week after promised refund the same representative "Anna" stated no approval and no refund.

Zealthy does NOT make consumers aware that the $49 is for counseling, its advertised as though the semaglutide is $49 for the 1st month. The company does NOT inform consumers that the $49 is non-refundable, you only find that out AFTER you've paid. The so-called counseling comes by pre-created messages, and its not information that could truly be called counseling. DO NOT purchase or subscribe, my card has been tried for $664 daily even though I have canceled my membership. The Office of Public Affairs has actually sued this company for misuse of patients' health info and deceptive cancellation practices. Buyer please, please beware. I work hard everyday and to have $49 taken and not refunded after I decided I didnt want the member is robbery. I have 4 children and limited resources. This company is a full blown scam.
