This company is a rip off...I got mycharged 63 dollar and never received anything I've been waiting for about a month and now they won't answer my calls

Charged me for another month of medication but I have yet to receive it, I reached out for a refund and it’s been three days I have haven’t heard from anyone. I cancelled my membership right away.

Website is a problem and messaging is always glitching. I was charged $50 to be told I cant get the meds because of the state I live in and now they wont refund me. Ridiculous Edited to add they are still refusing to refund me because I did an intake appt which they required just to tell me again they could NOT ship to my area! This site is a scam to keep your initial money. BEWARE

The communication is terrible. The app crashes all the time and sends me notifications to update my information even though I already have. Also, the time it takes from order to delivery is extremely slow. Almost out of my current medication and still have not received my new prescription. And the billing. So screwed up. I have had to monitor it because I don't want to get billed incorrectly. Don't waste your time/money. Go somewhere else because this company can't get their technology together.

Scam, frustrating, irritable staff. Just don't. Go with another company.

This company is the worst. They make alot of promises and charge you alot of money, and then they are unresponsive and gas light and deflect and just tell you to keep waiting. I signed up and after 7 days of no updates in reaching out they said they didnt know whats going on and to wait longer. After more days I said enough, just cancel and return my money. They said their pharmacy isnt working and they will find another one- even AFTER I SAID TO CANCEL. And their policy of no refunds once a pharmacy has processed, clearly didnt apply. They just are trying to scam and hang on. I told them the California law of when a consumer says cancel you have to do that. They just said oh sorry keep waiting. Finally after complaining to BBB and filing a complaint with my credit card company they said they would process some refund, but then they charged me again. Its a scam so STAY AWAY Update- their response is insulting. I have been in touch with their customer support way too many times and their only answer is to reach out to them again? Thats gaslighting and not being accountable for your awful support. DO YOUR OWN WORK and not make the customers suffer your issues.

I'm paying a membership fee which I was told included nutritional guidance. on the app I have asked many times about the suggested grams of protein/fruits/vegs/fats and the response I get is check the nutrition tab on the app. there is NO nutrition tab on the app, at least that I can find. There is little to no response to emails/text. I'm getting pretty fed up!! And I haven't even gotten my med or tracking # starting to feel like this is a farce - BE WARE!!!

I paid for a one-month membership and then for a three-month membership, thinking that they would take care of me. It is now Oct. 15 and I am still waiting to receive my medication to start this program, I am frustrated and feel they were real fast to take my money from my account. Now they are giving me the run around about shipping the medication to me. Its not fair.
