I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE IN REACHING OUT TO THIS COMPANY FOR HELP WITH MY NEEDE WEIGHT LOSS AND WAS IMMEDIATELY CHARGED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS WITH NO EXPLANATION OF WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR AND NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE OR RESPONDS TO MESSAGES. DO NOT GET SUCKERED IN TO THESE FOLKS AS THEY BASED ON REVIEWS ARE THE WORST IN THIS ONLINE SERVICE. I WILL CONTINUE TO WARN OTHER CONSUMERS EVERYDAY UNTIL THIS MATTER IS RESOLVED AND MY CHARGES ARE FULLY REVERSED. IMAGINE IF THEY CAN'T DEAL WITH A CLIENT IN THE FIRST 24 HOURS WHERE WILL THEY BE AFTER 24 DAYS.

They have charges me for 5 months I have not even finish enrollment please have them refund my money please

Request my refill i never received it so I contacted a representative and she said the company don't have a provider for the medication .I asked her how long it was going to take. She said she didn't have any information to give I asked to speak to a supervisor she put me on hold and never came back and no one ever came to the phone. Horrible customer service and I still haven't received my medication or a update on the status

Zealthy advertises medication that it cannot provide. They are very misleading and their customer service is seriously lacking. It takes them days to respond.....if you get a response at all. I have asked for a refund of my initial payment as they arent able to offer the medication they advertise.....have not gotten a response from them. Lots of negative reviews on the internet.....go look at BBB where they are 2.5/5. Who would go to a doctor with that kind of score!

They will make unauthorized purchases once they have your credit card information. They don’t respond to emails or calls asking to stop shipments. Do not use

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I paid for three months, but they only sent two months, asking that I submit again after three weeks. When you do this, they force you to fill out another intake form. You cannot complete the intake form without clicking and agreeing to pay for a month's prescription or a three-month subscription, which they immediately charge your card. I spent months trying to get this resolved. There seems to be a major disconnect between Zealthy and their pharmacy. You cannot even leave a message without paying another month's subscription of $128. This is only a small summary of my experience. I cannot even begin to explain everything that had gone wrong. End of the day they stole a month's subscription from me ($350) and continued wanting more money to resolve. DO NOT USE AT ALL COST. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Zeathly is a TOTAL SCAM!!!! Save your money, and do not subscribe to Zeathly. Based on my experience, they charged me for three months without confirming that I wanted the generic brand. Which I did not!! Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support, I received no meaningful assistance or resolution. The charges were unauthorized, and there was no transparency regarding the billing process. This behavior raises serious concerns about the company's integrity, leading me to believe they engage in deceptive practices. My efforts to get a refund have been ignored, further solidifying my belief that Zealthy operates fraudulently.

Beware, Zealthy is bombarding this site with fake positive reviews to counter the real reviews (more criminal behavior from an organized crime syndicate).
