You can cancel your membership anytime by contacting customer support or by heading to the My Profile section and hitting Manage Membership. We have gone ahead and canceled the membership on our end and refunded the $39 and you will see it back on your card within the next 5 -7 business days. Hey Chris! We are so sorry for any confusion on how our program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. The first month is advertised at a discount of $86 off the first month, charging you $49. You can cancel at any time by contacting customer service or in the My Profile section of your Zealthy account.
