Big scammers, I canceled I never received anything from them a d they did not refund my 49$. Stay away from the scammers.

horrible experience, i signed up and paid $59 the first month after was charged $130 which by that second charge no authorization was submitted to insurance then was offered to get medication without using insurance and was quoted $659 for 3 months. That's absurd. every agent i speak with is so unhelpful. stay away!!! they don't care about your health just your wallet.

I signed up for the $49 trial. I never received the medication. the following month they hit my card for $179. I contacted the company and said I wanted a refund because I still have not received anything. They told me that was just for a membership fee and not for the medication and I could not get a refund. This company is a big scam.

Scam please run they will not refund the 49 dollars I canceled the same day when I realized they would cover the medication. Please run do not waste your money

I ordered my medication, and they never shipped it. They told me a month later, they were trying to locate a different pharmacy. They never followed up. I then canceled my order and they said they would refund the subscription fee for my trouble and having to wait for a month for things, of $49 over the phone. They THEN emailed me and said, never mind, they wouldn't refund the $49. I never got the service at all and they're just trying to steal my money after saying they'd return it. Horrible customer service. DONT BUY FROM THEM go somewhere else.

I had used the conpmay for almost a year to get birth/pms control every 3 months and almost every single time the medication was late and they couldn't change my refill date to earlier to fix the late problem because it was based off the date you joined and not when you need the medication. The final straw was when my medication was 2 weeks late due to they provider not preparing my medication and the website not even acknowledging the refill at all. I called about 5 separate times to figure it out and was meet with the same response every time, "I'll be contacted withing 1 to 2 days by the provider". I never got a response, and after the 5th call, i was told that my medication wasn't available and hadn't been the entire time. At that point, I had been having medical issues with my period as I bleed 3 weeks with one week off without the medication. I canceled my membership with the company and was told I would be refunded the $45, only to be charged AGAIN the next day. After a very angry final call they refunded my $90 and fully canceled my membership but they still contacted me to get me to renew my medication and wouldn't admit fault to the issue. Overall the WORST company I've ever had to go through for the most common and easy medication that I got within 2 days going to Nurx instead. Horrible communication, they waste your time and have no empathy for your medical health, they just want your money.

Worst customer service. They take your money and don’t send prescription and then put you in a never ending hamster wheel of no answers. Total scam

If I could rate zero I would. I received a massage stating my insurance will cover my wagovy but I have to pay $216 so the PA can Track my progress. After paying they told me my meds will be sent to the pharmacy. When I went to the pharmacy the pharmacist told me my insurance is not covering the meds. I sent messages after messages to the company. After which I told them I needed my money back because I got no service and no meds. It’s been over a month and no response. I do not recommend this company they are misleading the public!!!
