Look, I signed up with $249 for an initial month's supply. What felt like out of nowhere, Zealthy immediately charged my credit card with an additional $1755 for "membership" and a six month supply of tirzepatide. I called them twice, pleading that this was unexpected and to delete the order and membership. The Customer Service reps promised to "escalate" my case. Nevertheless, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE ADDITIONAL $1755. They also messaged me that the prescription would be shipped. An awful experience.

Hi there, we’re truly sorry for the frustration and shock caused by these unexpected charges. We understand how upsetting it is to see a large amount billed after you asked for the order and membership to be canceled, and we apologize for the stress this has caused. This is not the experience we want for anyone, and we’d like the chance to review this carefully and help make it right. Please feel free to email [email protected] with the Subject Line “TrustPilot-Jojie”. I respond to all emails within 1–2 business days. I look forward to your email and working 1x1 with you. Thank you.

I only ordered 60.00 birth control for three months and suddenly my bank account flagged two charges of 45.00 , one being for a weightloss drug that I did not buy or ask for. Now due to this my bank flagged it as fraud and I have to wait for a new card. I didn’t have this issues the first time I ordered but now it’s nothing but issues , I can’t even access the site right now.

They trick you and clearly couldn't care less.
They trick you and clearly couldn't care less about you.
I'm not even upset that they don't care about me personally. I'm furious that they tricked me.
When you buy medication, you understandably think you're just buying medication. But with these clowns, you're actually signing up for a subscription to their so-called "caring doctors" — plus the meds, of course.
I signed up, lured by all those promised discounts that never materialized — because, surprise, you never order exactly what they advertise, and poof, the discounts magically disappear.
I ended up paying top dollar for three months of medication. Then, after those three months passed with no further recurring payments, I was suddenly hit with another $135 bill for the "subscription."
For what, exactly? I'm still not sure. I certainly never agreed to that.
I had purchased the three months in advance and never expected another surprise bill.
They claim they describe this subscription "clearly" — and we all know what that means: it's buried somewhere in the fine print or hidden behind a checkbox you hastily check.
Yes, we all should read those things meticulously. What I'm saying is that they're deliberately designed to rip you off.
So, scrutinize the fine print. Expect to bend over and take it — like a bad punchline to a joke you didn't sign up for.
They are downright deceitful. They couldn't care less about you or any long-term customer relationship. They just want your money upfront — and apparently, that's all that matters to them.
It's perfectly fine for a business to profit; that's normal and even good. I could have been a lifelong customer, but they chose to cheat instead.
I was tricked. Fine, call me a big dummy. They win this round. But those knuckleheads won't last long with that kind of culture — karma's got a subscription too.
P.S. The drugs I purchased were actually fine. That's the only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1. If they actually gave a damn, they might even earn some loyal customers.
I asked for a refund for the "trick" bill they gave me 3 months later, but the said no way.

Hello! I am truly sorry to hear that you are feeling this way. We do let you know during this sign-up process, and have you agree during checkout that you are paying for a monthly weight loss membership. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy, and if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. I understand wanting to ensure you are not going to be charged in the future, and I am happy to help! Please feel free to email [email protected] with the Subject Line "TrustPilot-Lydia". I respond to all emails within 1-2 business days. I look forward to your email and working 1x1 with you. Thank you!

Signed up because they offered Zepbound.... then they didn't.
Signed up because they offered zepbound, but after paying money and getting all my personal info and medical history, they only offered Wegovy. Which I had tried before, but didn't like the severe side effects of being tired. BAIT AND SWITCH!
buyer beware

The people who helped were nice
The people who helped were nice, but after finding out my insurance wouldn’t cover, I didn’t use the service at all but was still being charged. The monthly rate should not be charged until after you actually start to use the services. Charging over $300 for a product and then an additional $150 just for the opportunity is ridiculous

Takes way to long to get medication
I ordered a refill on September 3rd and have not received it yet. When I contact Zealthy they tell me that the pharmacy is backed up and having issues filling prescriptions. Yet they keep encouraging me to renew my subscription. The cost is $199 for the medication but you are charged an additional $135 for the monthly subscription. I was charged twice for the $135 and it took me several messages to get that taken off.
Response from ZealthySep 19, 2025
Hi Christy, thank you for sharing this. I understand how frustrating it must feel to wait for a refill you ordered on September 3rd while also being told the pharmacy is backed up, and on top of that, dealing with being charged twice for your subscription before it was corrected. I’m truly sorry for the stress and inconvenience this has caused. Please feel free to email [email protected] with the Subject Line "TrustPilot-Jojie". I respond to all emails within 1-2 business days and look forward to working 1x1 with you to get this resolved. Thank you for giving us the chance to make this right.
