After having a terrible allergic reaction to the birth control prescribed I reached out trying to figure out how to get a refund/return the medication and I have been ignored multiple times.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Messages with pertinent information were confirmed and then completely disregarded. Every response noted an expected response time of 1-2 days but no response sent until I messaged again. 2 weeks later and still no assistance. And refused refund. Absolute waste of time and money. In response to Zealthy comments below: I already reached out to support and was told no to a refund and sorry for the inconvenience. Shameful. 11/28 after further communication with support (Dharell) where I was told I’d have to reactivate and continue to pay for service NOT received. “ I truly apologize for the frustration this has caused. I sincerely regret that we were unable to meet your expectations during this process however, please know that your feedback is important to us, and we kindly ask for your understanding as we continue to work on improving our services.” So you want me to pay for you to continue to improve your services. Right.

Watch out for this scam! I signed up for the membership just to see if my insurance covered getting medication. I very clearly said I did not want to accept buying medication without the coverage. I have had at least 15 attempted charges for $670 for a completely different medication I didn’t even want. I talked with customer service 5 times and they all promised me they would stop the attempted charges and they did not. My bank ended up freezing my account and I was not able to use my card for 1.5 weeks. When they reached out again they made it seem like my fault when I clearly said at least 5 times I did not want to order the medication. Scam for money watch out!

They started off great, but I need refills of psych meds, meds you can't just stop taking, and no response. Nothing. They still take the money out of my account. I know the uninsured have limited choices, but Zealthy will do you far more harm than good. It hurt leaving them one star, but that is the minimum. They are a zero minus.

I would give zero stars if I could. They have you give your credit card information before you know the cost of the GLP-1 drugs. Their drugs were too expensive so I immediately contacted them to cancel any further fees and refund the membership fee that I did not use or need. They would not accept my request for a refund. They referred me to their portal to cancel my membership but the portal wouldn't accept my cancelation. Very misleading and frustrating. No idea what happens next if I can't cancel. Total ripoff.

I got a membership but never had a doctors appointment.I emailed my questions regarding the medication over a period of 3 months and they kept saying they were waiting for a provider to answer. I never had a doctor’s appointment or medication. I asked for a refund for the bad service and was denied. After cancelling my membership on August 23rd, and writing to support to verify that membership was cancelled, they kept billing me and will not refund my money. I’ve sent numerous emails and screenshots of previous conversations and I’ve repeatedly been denied a refund. This is an absolute nightmare. I’ve never had a company blatantly steal money from my account.

Scam beware! Their advertising is completely misleading. As others have stated you are made to believe you are getting a good deal. When I emailed to cancel my transition after finding out the cost did not include medication. I only enter my card but did not complete the transaction. Months later come to find out they have been charging me since the end of July! No coaching, no communication nothing and certainly no medication! I have called CS always told someone will get back in 2-3 days nothing, no response. I filed a dispute with my bank! This is a fraud in my opinion. I will be reporting this to the BBB. There are a million companies that offer this medication! Find another one!

If I could give them 20 negative review I would do not give them your money they lie to you, they don't stand up to what they offer and they take your money before services are rendered and refuse to refund you let alone pick up the phones and in emails they are rude and when you do get someone on the phone they refuse to give you to a manager and say they aren't available for us to talk to they will call you within 2 to 3 business days and they never call!!! This company needs to be shut down.
