They're a scam. Originally my prescription was NOT approved, then they send a message saying that my medication is ready to be shipped which caught me by surprise since I did not meet the criteria.. so why would they be sending me medicine... they have "experts" reviewing if the patient is okay for the medicine. Anyways, been a month and they don't want to refund me for the initial fee which in their terms and conditions it says that if medication not approved, you get your money back. I called and there is a RECORDED voice call and the person that works there said to me " you're right, I do see here that it was not approved so you will get a call back 1 to 2 days" such lies!!! it's been almost a month, no call back, if I'm not the one calling, they never call back. still no refund and just a scam. do not get anything from here. Update: They “tried” to reply and say “email us” such lies. They never tried to fix my issues. Even tho there is a recorded phone call saying that I will get a refund. Pure lies. Don’t trust them.

Zealthy operates like a textbook scam. They charged me over $600 for shots, even though my insurance had already confirmed they would cover the cost. Instead of waiting for approval—which took less than an hour—they went ahead and billed me anyway. When I contacted them for a refund, they claimed they couldn’t issue one because the shots had already been shipped. Convenient, right? Then the package got delivered to the wrong address, and now they’re refusing to refund me for that too. It’s clear Zealthy prioritizes grabbing your money over providing any real service. They completely disregard insurance approvals, fail at basic delivery, and refuse to take accountability for their mistakes. This company is a scam, plain and simple. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

I wish I could give zero stars. This company is either extremely disorganized or thieves. I canceled my membership in August and have proof via email. They did not charge me in September, but then started charging me again in October without consent and then AGAIN in November! How do you just start randomly charging a previous customer? I reached out to them several times to resolve the matter and have not received any response. You will see that they responded to my review on trustpilot below. NOW I get a response from them. Unfortunate that they are trying to maintain this facade when I had to call my credit card company and have them blocked from charging me.

Scam be careful I was charged for a service I never received. When I asked for a refund I heard anything back.

I went on the Zealthy site and only filled out the questionnaire, I did not send in in my ID. I did not approve for them to charge me anything and they’ve charged me like 3 to 4 times I’ve received nothing and if I block them through my bank OK I have to cancel my card and do all that what I want is a refund a complete refund from this company or I’m going to take law action. If i could give this review a zero I would. I signed up & there were no issue with them taking my payment, however my profile would not recognize that I paid. Assuming it was a simple glitch I reached out to support who confirmed my payment went through. I have continued to reach out as to what the next step is since my profile still does not reflect payment & have yet to receive a reply. I have since requested a refund with no intention of working with a company who ignores their customers, but highly doubt I will receive one. I will be reaching out to my cc provider to dispute charges. Next time I will trust the negative reviews.

Update 09/12: I had a terrible experience with this company. They assured me that my card would not be charged until they shipped the missing doses from my prepaid treatment. Despite this, they charged my card again without delivering what I had already paid for. When I asked for a refund and to cancel my plan, I was met with delays and no resolution. This company lacks transparency and professionalism. I cannot recommend their services to anyone. Terrible experience with this company. I paid $670 for a 3-month treatment and never received the full doses I was promised. Every time I reached out, they gave me generic excuses like ‘partner issues’ or ‘hurricane delays,’ but no real solution. It’s been months, and they’ve done nothing but send automated responses while completely neglecting their customers. Meanwhile, they keep sending promotional emails trying to sell more, yet they can’t even deliver on their existing commitments. I strongly advise against trusting this company—they lack professionalism, integrity, and basic customer care.

I have been charged for the last month and still they haven't send my medication, they come up with so many excuses, and they sent me a link to sign up again, and pay again they keep saying is being sent and nothing, I have been waiting for 4 weeks and is December and the membership will be charged and I didn't even get my last month medication, now they won't even answer me, I will just cancel and file a BBB complaint because of all this I recommend to my sister now I don't recommend this site to anyone, they are not professional at all.
