Never got the medication after two months complete scam. Don’t order do more research also they have a lawsuit that claims they have fake reviews!!! And I believe it.

The worst experience ever. They tempt you with 50.00 weightloss medication. And then try to charge you 135.00. And when you decide not to go with them they will charge you the $135.00 anyway and customer service will not even help you. I lost my mother and needed the money back to pay for her funeral but they just keep passing me off to other agents. Literally the worst and I don’t recommend this company for weightloss especially if you value morals

SCAM! You don’t get the product and you won’t know if the product your getting is the actual medicine! Save your money and go to a US based pharmacy.

Absolute worst online Rx provider I have ever dealt with. Completed questionnaire for sleep support Rx....refused RX for weight management which I never requested. Medical provider was always getting back to me....never does. Chats take forever to get an adequate response....totally in adequate, AVOID

Crap company, slow service, prices are deceptive and go way up after the first month.

Bad. Took money even though they said they wouldn’t (I had enough medicine). Would not cancel or refund anything.

Absolutely scam of a company. Won’t refund my money even though they offered ZERO services. Couldn’t access the messaging to care team members on the portal, wrong insurance was used to send a prescription in and they never even attempted to use the correct one once I immediately informed them of this mistake. SCAM. I contacted multiple times via email (as I can’t message them on the portal; it says “your subscription is inactive” but it is not… and my account even shows it’s active, IN the portal) and spoke with multiple employees. All of which refused to refund my money despite all the issues listed above. Simply no refunds, PERIOD. Even if no services are rendered. I then got 3 separate emails saying my order was on the way… and I hadn’t even ordered anything. So i asked what was sent, and they said to “disregard the emails” and no orders had been sent. Like… what the…? Soooo bad. In so many ways. Technologically, ethically, communicatively, everything. Avoid this one, guys!

I placed an order with Zealthy for a medication refill on 14-Oct-2024 and my credit card was charged $650. Order was shipped on 17-Oct-2024 and was supposed to be a 2-day delivery as medication needs to be refrigerated or kept cool. Shipment did not arrive until 21-Oct-2024 and was very warm. I contacted Zealthy immediately and I was informed that the medication was no longer usable. Zealthy requested several photos of the packaging and contents which were shared with them on the 21st. I was promised a replacement shipment of medication and have not received anything to date. The Zealthy team has been very difficult to reach, unresponsive to messages (chat history attached for reference) and have failed to fulfill their promises. On 01-Nov-2024 I received a message from a 'Care Coordinator' encouraging me to administer the unusable drug! This is an extremely hazardous suggestion from a so-called healthcare company and I had already disposed of the medication after it was deemed unusable. This company should be investigated for fraud! I finally received a refund after contacting the credit card company and the Better Business Bureau but it was clear that Zealthy had no intention of sending new medication. Avoid this company!!!
