This company is a complete scam. They quote you an affordable price then charge you over $600 without transparency. Then they are so nice and promise a resolution only to tell you after days of back and forth that the medication already shipped and they can't refund anything The site is rigged to slow down cancelation processes and keep your money.

Seeing their ads for a certain online Rx, I signed up with this company and thought the $49 doctor consult/ membership seemed fair. UNTIL I was told that I was not approved for that Rx (the only reason I signed up). As others have mentioned, you will go back and forth with Customer Service, and they will not refund this fee. Since this experience, I have done my research and found another company (Remedy Meds) that doesn’t need to resort to shady tactics to get your money and has no auto-billing monthly fees. I wished I had read more reviews before giving Zealthy my CC info.

This company is a ripoff. They processed my credit for payment before I declared ned their offer. Do not give this company your credit card information. Find a reliable company, not Zealthy.

I’ve been requesting my medical records for three months with no follow through. Several pre-approvals were submitted improperly by the staff even though I gave explicit instructions on how to submit to my insurance company. I had several technical issues that they told me to email to them which were never addressed. The customer service is horrible, the cost is insane for the level of ‘care’ (or lack thereof) Edited to add: As Zealthy requested below, I emailed them a week ago exactly as instructed and have (as usual) received no response.

Poor communication. Poor prescription instructions. Unable to take my prescription due to poor instructions. Had to speak with a doctor that did not prescribe the dosage and even he said the prescription I received doesn't seem right. I have now been told by customer service twice I should hear from the prescriber in 1-2 business over the past 7 days. And when I stressed my concern, I wasn't addressed, and left hanging.

I have been charged over $800 in for two months of medication I never recieved!! I cancelled my account but they say I’m still active and still try to draw from my account every single day. I have talked to several reps in regarding to canceling my account and they still charge me. I am going out of the country and I need to use my bank but I am terrified as soon as I put money in they will try to take it. The service rep sent me a cancellation link but it times out before it goes through. However when I log in, I see subscriptions cancelled on my home page. I just want this nightmare to end and have my bank account back. I have spoken to an attorney about the nightmare this company has caused me, and I plan to sue.

Still haven't received shipments

ABSOLUTE SCAM I signed up and they immediately took $49 from my account After reading about these people a few minutes later (approximately 10) I canceled and requested my money back. After arguing via email for 2 weeks, One of them finally said they couldn't return my money because the case was reviewed by a doctor the day before. So after 2 weeks of back and forth, The came up with a b.s. excuse to keep my money.... AVOID AT ALL COST Update: Because I placed a complaint on TrustPilot, I received an apology and full refund "promise" from Zealthy.. Doesn't change my opinion
