I have not been able to to get oral Semaglutide renewed. Have been trying to get last of 3 month subscription. After 6 weeks of run around they tell me that they are having problems getting it. And then they charged me for the membership again at $249. This company is a scam. DO Not do business with them. You might as well just set fire to your money because it is the same result. Edit to say that Zealthy has refunded my money for the refill that I wasn't able to get and for the $249 membership fee that was charged AFTER not being able to get the refill.

Stay away from this company. I paid for a 2-month subscription and was charged more than was agreed upon (over $600), received one month of medication, and was then told my intake form was incomplete and needed to be completed. There's no intake form on the portal, so I can't do so. The medication I did receive didn't seem to do anything, no side effects, no weight loss nothing. I've been trying to get a refund and cancel my subscription but have heard nothing from them. They reply to most messages with generic AI-generated responses but those have now stopped as I want my money back. This company seems to be a scam that steals your money. If you are thinking of using Zealthy, don't find another company.

On 12/2/24 I bought their special for 4 weeks at $199 plus $49 for doctor. Thereafter the options are for 2,3,6 or 12 months. I didn’t continue it due to side effects. I didn’t request a refill. Called to confirm I would not be charged again unless I requested a refill. Today they charged my credit card $135 for absolutely NOTHING. I wish I had read these reviews first.

They are a SCAM!! I paid over $900 and they won't answer my messages and the dosing is not correct. Do not trust them!! They take your money fast, but service is slow.

I question the 'money' part of this. When I was to set up to pay $199 for my first shipment of Zepbound, not one, but NINE $199s were taken out of my bank account. I did receive the eight withdraws back, but I was really stressed about. Now, I receive (every other day) multiple emails stating that my payments did not go through and to change my account numbers. I never respond to these but I did call my bank and they said that on their end they did not see any attempts to withdraw money. Also, I have had a couple of questions about reading the syringe on how much to give myself each week, no help other than providing me a video that does NOT answer my questions. I had to search on my own on YouTube to learn about syringe lines. Deep down, I don't feel this is a legit company. I have to pay $199 a month for the medication AND $135 additional for 'membership' each month. I would look elsewhere for a better company to help you on your weight journey. Good luck.

They’re not transparent about cost and have the worst customer service. I had questions about the billing and they said they would have a representative call me back and they never did in fact call me back. My medication was delayed 3 months and I was charged for am additional month while waiting for the previous month’s medication.

This is a scam Their login page is so hard to log in. They charge you 135 monthly with no help and that's just membership fee. Then make it impossible to deactivate even tho they say we can quit anytime. I'm still paying this fee even 3months of me calling emailing. My bank is finally blocking them

Unclear pricing, poor customer service, wholly negative experience, terrible lack of communication. Plus, they did not cancel my account and charged me two months after my complaints. Unacceptable.
