This is a huge scam. I filled out a quiz and decided not to move forward with registering or the Rx. They have proof they didn't send me anything, but charged me $135 + $49 = $180 for nothing.

Horrible company. Stay away! I registered online on the night of December 15 and saw that the pricing they were offering was $39 for the first month then $135 after the first month. There was no mention of any other charges so I assumed this would be an introductory price. At checkout, I confirmed the total due which was $39. The next morning, my bank flagged this and sent me a fraud alert because the amount Zealthy charged my account was $39 and an additional charge for $329. I told my bank I was familiar with the company but the charge was not right. I immediately called zealthy’s customer service within a few minutes of the alert and told them I didn’t authorize $329, and that I need to cancel any future transactions. I even sent them multiple messages declaring this. They proceeded to tell me that they would work with their pharmacy escalation to not have medication dispensed. A day later (Dec 16) someone calls me but I missed the call. I called them back because even after I had told them not to charge my card after the fraud alert, they still attempted and it went through taking the $329 that had been initially frozen. I was livid and told them not to ship the medication and received confirmation that they wouldn’t ship and would receive a refund. Then a couple hours later I received an email that my medication had shipped. After going back and forth with Zeathy, I received the medications which I was adamant on not wanting nor was it authorized. I called zealthy back to let them know it was delivered and I needed my refund. They got back to me saying that they just wanted to confirm that I had received the package, to which I said yes. Then the representative on the line told me to check my message portal for the details regarding my order. When I checked the message, they told me that I was ineligible for a refund since it had already been delivered. The kicker is that at no point should my card had been charged again after telling MULTIPLE PEOPLE at Zealthy that I do not want any medications charged to my card as I was no longer interested due to their deceptive marketing. I put a claim with my bank and they’re currently investigating. They could also have told me their decision but rather they waited until I was off the phone to send me a message refusing to refund.

There is a membership fee of $135 per month just to get access to buy the weight loss medication out-of-pocket. You pay additional $160 to $220 per month based on the weight loss medication you choose. The offer you see is for the membership and not for the out-of-pocket meds. The weight loss membership seems to be unnecessary and the services provided doesn't seem to reflect its worth. On the site it looks like they are selling the weight loss meds but primarily they are selling monthly membership without online cancel option. Feels like a scam! I am happy to pay one time processing fee but not never ending monthly subscription fee. I don't have such a subscription with my PCP. I like to cancel and find another subscription-less way to get the meds prescribed.

The med didn’t work . When I reached out and told company , I wax told that someone would get back to me. That never happened . So I’m stuck something I paid 65$ that is useless.

The biggest scam EVER. Still truing to charge me of something I didn’t sign up for. Be careful my friends. They are money hungry people.

A special was running for $39 for 1st month membership. Zealthy tried to hit my card for $866. I called to calncel. They told me no problem. They continued to try and hit my card, I also told them i wanted a refund for my membership as it had only been a couple of days. The cx rep conti ue to say I wouldn't be refunded bc the script was written and there was no prescription. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said there was not one. I asked to be escalated she claimed it was already put in for escalation. She said even the supervisor will not refund me. She con'd to read me a script. Rhe company is onky in business to scam people. They make money by knowing ppl will cancel after hearing of the $866 for 3 month supply. They say they will cancel but keep charging and not refunding. Easy money cancellations, no products, and no refunds. Do not buy your better off asking your doctor.
