This place is a bait and switch
This place ripped me off. They sold me a deal for 3 months and then only sent two months. They admitted they only sent two months and then tried to explain away by saying the dose they had me on only would be 2 months even though they advertised and charged me three. Translation they shorted me. This is the second time they did that. With all the choices for this medicine. Go somewhere else!!!

Don’t do it they’re just going to steal…
Don’t do it they’re just going to steal your money, even if you don’t get the product. I was charge $319 I din’t receive any product and I didn’t even finish setting up the account. I was told I was going to receive a refund of $270, but I just received part of that and they don’t want to refund the rest.

It will not let me order anything new…
It will not let me order anything new and every time I try to communicate what is going wrong they just tell me to do the same thing over and over again and it doesn’t work.

Don’t do it
They horrible to contact they take forever to reply, they dont answer concerning questions and have no sense of urgency bout it. They don’t not make sure you fully understand how to take certain meds and due to that dose will be more than suppose to be

SCAM SCAM SCAM! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I HAVE TRIED TO TALK TO 2 PROVIDERS EACH TIME THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. I then tried to reach customer service several times. Then I canceled my subscription (24 hours after attempting to get in contact with providers) I called them saying i want my money back since they didn't want to provide me with the service as several times I have been ignored and no one got on the video calls. (You have to meet with them on video call to get medication) Don't waste your money and the customer service team is unprofessional. All they said was " I see you canceled your subscription. " over and over not fixing the issues.

This is a scam
This is a scam. I responded to a radio add where they advertised one month of Semaglutide or Tirzepatide for only $39. I went to their website and entered some of my information, but did not pay anything. I then received multiple emails and text messages from different people prompting me to finish signing up. I had questions but was told to finish my profile and a medical professional would answer my questions. I did pay the $39 but was then supposed to select a monthly plan for $199 or a 3 month plan. I did not select either because I wanted my free month first. I was then bombarded with more emails and text messages urging me to select a plan. I have a text message from Zara that the $39 I paid is for my first month of medication, but then received an email from someone else saying the $39 only covers one month of membership. Nothing but a lie and con. I have contacted my credit card and disputed the $39 charge. Luckily, I did not select a plan and did not loose any money. I saw their responses to other complaints.........all bogus !!! Edited in response to their comment: No, I will not waste my time emailing you. You have done nothing by deceive me and give me the run around. I already disputed the $39 with my credit card and was issued a new card so no more charges can come through from the Scam company.
