Ordered Feb 11. To date product never received

Save your money i never heard or talked to a human after i signed up. Its just some crap and then the prices that they advertise is false! I didnt know what i was getting into. But long story short there are better ways to go about the end result. Anyways i never found a human to talk to. Very frustrating so i canceled wished i never gave them 50$ to what? Nothing?

How come I just can’t log into my account instead I have to go through the “assessment” every single time. It’s so annoying and I can’t see messages. I get texts with a link and it says I have no messages!!!

I have used the product for a month and have combined it with Simple Fasting and workouts 3-4 times a week. I have only lost 1 lb but was told that it takes time to really get going. My gripe is that I asked for a vacation override as I would be in Panama, the country, for the second batch and their nurse denied it. Now I'll have to pay for the second batch and who knows how long it will take to get here. Will it be usable or do I shell out almost $1000 for a medicine I cannot use because it went bad. Probably will not continue without assurance that if that product goes bad before it arrives in Panama I will get my money back. To add insult to injury my wife started the program the same time and received her second shipment without any BS. Paul Miano

I’m writing this review to complain about the lack of response I’m getting from my medical team. I posed several questions regarding serious side effects 2 days ago. Crickets. No doctors have reached out at all. I’ve had several people say they are sorry I’m having trouble and someone will be in touch in 1-2 business days. Very disappointed. You would think after spending $800+ dollars you would get better help when you have a medical issue. Well it’s now Friday, March 8th and still have not heard from a medical provider. I did schedule a call for 11:30 this morning. We will see how that goes. Update: just spoke online with my provider. She gave me a viable suggestion and helped me to feel much better moving forward. She feels like my sickness was not related to the injection but more so that of a stomach virus. She is also going to look into my medication issues. I paid for 3 month but each time I try to get a refill, they want to charge me again. Things are looking better. Update 3-31-24 Things are back on track. I’ve gotten my medication and feeling good. It shot in my second round down. I’ve lost 8 pounds in 4 weeks. I’m feeling pretty good about that.

Zealthy has been helpful, the only thing I would say is the response time is poor.

Simple sign up process. When the medication arrives, it's good. But boy when it doesn’t its a big headache! The customer service is a chat box where each time you reach out, its a new person and you have to re-explain your issue. I bought the 3-month supply and still waiting for my medication. Already fell off schedule.

I really love how great the site. Itwalks you through everything, they keep you informed. I’ll definitely keep using it. However I had two 😬 moments. It wasn’t transparent enough that when choosing the prescription I chose, I would have to pay an additional 2 months for service. I think that needs to be in big bold letters. (I think) it’s pretty clear that you’re pushing your own pharmacy fulfillment by doing that. And also, the communication has not been great with care coordinators.
