Initial video call was rather tepid
Initial video call was rather tepid. I sensed some boredom on the part of their clinician, though she did, somewhat reluctantly price their Compounded Terzepatide @ $430 / month. Then spent a wasted week with them chasing down forms & extra statements from my doc, only 2 be told, early on, that I was unqualified for their program (though I am a healthy 78 yr old male), I was never told why. But they then quickly reversed their position claiming their provided Clinician was in error, & that I could proceed. Following was far too many confusing msgs, from far 2 many folks, through their portal only (no phone # ), such that it was never clear exactly who I was dealing with 4 my Rx (Requested GLP-1). After finally declining me 4 their program, they then sent another msg. asking me to re-activate my account, but that turned out 2 be only 4 a weak weight loss med, Metformin. My frustration level reached so I high that I requested & received back my $49 deposit. Suggest u research their competition; as I then did, readily qualifying for my desired GLP-1 meds from the 1st of their competitors I tried. Note: I am a quite successfully retired small biz owner, whose experience with Zealthy strongly hints 2 me that they do not yet have their biz focus together. Look elsewhere !
