I was required to give them my credit…
I was required to give them my credit card to check if the medication would be covered by my insurance. After learning that it was not covered and the actual medication was going to be between $150 and $300 with a $50 monthly service fee I decided to not go forward with it as there are absolutely cheaper and more honest options out there. However I was still charged the $50 with no response back from customer service. This whole service feels like a thinly veiled attempt to gather card numbers and nothing else. UPDATE: I never crated an account with Zealthy and was still charged the membership fee for $150! Whren I reached out to their customer service I was told that that was what I agreed to and there was nothing they could do.

Hi Sage, we’re really sorry for the frustration this caused. We understand how upsetting it is to move forward only to find the medication wasn’t covered, decide not to continue, and still see a $50 charge with no timely response. That’s not the experience we want to provide, and we apologize for the confusion and lack of follow-up. Please feel free to email [email protected] with the Subject Line “TrustPilot-Jojie.” I respond to all emails within 1–2 business days. I look forward to your email and working 1x1 with you to review your account and help resolve this. Thank you.
